When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even when set to 480p. The audio continues to play normally. This issue does not happen in Chrome on the same laptop.

The problem started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Restarting Firefox did not resolve the issue. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

I run a mac mini with OS X Catalina. I keep to that operating system as a number of my work apps work better. I am on the latest version of Firefox (64 bit) 144.0

In the last couple of years I have found webforms on Firefox seem to omit links or progress buttons like CONTINUE. When I check with the issuer or my colleagues I find they all use CHROME.

I have wasted a great deal of time on what I would have thought is a Minimum requirement issue.

Please give me one reason why I should stay with Firefox and not change to Chrome

There is supposed to be Windows 11 on this computer, but something is saying Windows 10 didn't support something the end of Oct. I was on the site I'm trying to reach yesterday and there was no problem.

Problem started with Firefox 146.0.1 Windows 11

1. Open outlook.com in FF browser (https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/). 2. Open any email. 3. No side scrollbar appears so you can't page down within email. Note: the Outlook folder scrollbar does appear and does work. 4. The within-email-item side scroll bar does appear from outlook.com opened in Edge browser. So this is a Firefox bug.

Have tried: a. Windows settings->Accessibility->Visual effects->Always show scrollbars = on b. Turned Adblock on and off for outlook.com c. Firefox settings autoscrolling, smooth scrolling tried all combinations.

Any fixes?

My firefox is on the latest version and up-to-date but will not access my home router which l normally us ip address. When trying to acess in edge works with no issues I am using windows 11 and all ok but wish to use Firefox And the IP adress is corect Can you advise

I updated firefox through apt, and since then, have not been able to log into twitch I am on ubuntu 24

Attempting to log in returns the generic "Your browser is not currently supported"

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

I tried to sign into my Allstate.com account today and kept getting error messages.

I called their tech department and they told me that Firefox has been notified a long time ago about this issue but has done nothing about it. I was told to use my email account instead of my user ID to get into my account via Firefox, but that if I do it that way, some functions still won't work on Firefox.

I was told that my Safari browser would work, and it does.

Not sure why Firefox refuses to fix this. This is crazy. I've also had problems signing in some other companies with Firefox recently where it used to work fine. It looks like they are just not keeping up with technology. I have the latest Firefox browser for my Macbook, but as companies update their sites, Firefox is staying behind. I prefer Firefox because of things like uBlock Origin, Enhancer for YouTube, and YouTube Watchmarker which I love, but I've had to use Safari more and more because of this issue.

Exactly how does one let Firefox tech know these things. They don't provide anyway to contact them which doesn't look good.

When trying to access windinfo.eu, I get the message "you are not allowed to preview snippets". Other websites work o.k. I had used the snipping tool on a different website, but not on this one. The problem persists even after deinstalling the snipping tool and restarting. On edge, I get access to windinfo.eu.

First noticed when listening to music on YouTube while playing a game: After a few songs, video would stop, shortly followed by audio (Every few minutes it might play less than a second of audio). Somewhere along the line any interaction with YT itself or even the tab stop working. All other tabs work fine.

Firefox doesn't ever crash, and I can't see anything weird when using a process viewer (I'm not too familiar with Linux diagnostic tools).

So far I've tried:

• Updating Firefox
• Disabling Extensions
• Clearing cache
• Uninstall Firefox
• Multiple Proton games through Steam
• Game running through Wine
• Updated OS

I've tested with Chrome, which had no issues.

I don't recall messing with anything at the time (I did change some settings in firefox, but I think that was a few days before the issue started).

The system asks me to sign in using my passkey or to try another way. The screen is frozen - can't enter passkey, can't choose another way. The only way out is to close firefox. I have no problem signing in with a different browser (Safari).

A website that I have used for years to track my wine cellar invenory has ceased functioning for me. The Web Designer tells me that the problem is a network issue and not his problem. I get no solutions from my ISP.

When I attempt to load the page and look at the Console I get the following error message in response to several GET requests:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://cdn.ct-static.com/dist/js/ct.min.1530c2da96.js.

A web search tells me that this policy is a browser safety net. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Every time I try to upload a file to the Microsoft Copilot 365 I keep getting the "Error Occurred Please Try Again" But when I switch to Chrome. I can upload the same files with no problem. Does anyone know why I get the "Error" with Firefox?

I can not access my Outlook/Hotmail account in FireFox. I get a plank page. I have never had this problem before. I have no problem loading it in other browsers. Did something change? How do I correct this problem?

When i try to insert a screenshot through the clipboard on google or yandex image search, the original image is corrupted. Even i try to upload an image via classic upload-button the same problem reproduise. On other sites there is no similar problem, as well as trying to insert the same image but inside the application windows.

What settings do I need to get Street View to return the street view rather than a black screen in all 4 of my Ubuntu browsers, when it used to work fine but now is trash ?

Ever since the last 3 updates, I have been struggling with F1TV. Prior to the very latest update I could still log in after about 4 attempts of loading the site, but now, I keep on getting error messages. On Edge i can log in with no issues. Any ideas on this issue?
