Здравствуйте. Что произошло с браузером. Почему не загружаются страницы, а открываются те, которые открывались когда-то раньше? Мне сейчас постоянно жать на кнопку обновить страницу? Что вы сделали с браузером???

something has happened in the last couple of weeks. I can no longer use firefox to get into sites with embedded information. I can't get into my Bank account or Energylink. I've been using firefox for years but I may have to switch if someone doesn't tell me how to fix this....

I thought it was an issue with my pc, but chrome does not have this issue and neither do other applications. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies as well as ensuring mozilla was using my computer performance settings as opposed to hardware acceleration. The attached images are a very small example of the issue. Typically, after clicking on the screen or pressing a button the text is corrected but often replaced with new text being "corrupted". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After the latest Firefox Desktop updates (not sure which one exactly, since I didn't notice the issue immediately), I've started experiencing a problem with copy-pasting text — specifically with line break formatting on Windows 10.

Instead of copying line breaks using the Windows-style carriage return + line feed (\r\n), Firefox now copies only line feeds (\n). As a result, the text appears as a single long line when pasted into native Windows applications — which breaks the expected formatting. This behavior mainly affects:

• Text editable fields (e.g., contenteditable or textarea) in modern web applications.
• Code blocks or snippets (such as in Markdown or monospace) copied using "Copy" buttons (e.g., in ChatGPT or GitHub).

At first, I noticed this only when copying code from ChatGPT using the code-snippet copy button. But now it happens in almost all editable text areas — if I enter text with line breaks manually, and then copy it, those breaks do not appear properly in native Windows apps. For example:

• In Google Sheets, I often edit text with line breaks in a cell, but when I copy it back, it's all flattened into one line.

Right now, I have to fix this using scripts that replace \n with \r\n, but that's a very inconvenient workaround.

❗My main question is: What changed in Firefox that caused this behavior? This used to be reliable and feels like a regression. It’s a very basic feature and critically important for my daily workflow!

1. Can this be fixed in a future Firefox update? Will it be addressed?
2. Is there a way to fix or configure this behavior right now via browser(settings, configs)?
3. Is there an extension or workaround that can restore the \r\n format without manual scripting?

Even though CPU and GPU utilization is very low during 8K60fps Youtube playback in the Firefox browser on my base M4 Mac mini, the struggles heavily to play this, drops tons of frames, and the video almost stops playing.

8K 30 fps is not problem, and since utilization is pretty low, that doesn't explain the poor performance.

So please optimize 8K60fps Youtube playback on all platforms in the safari browser, but especially on Apple SIlicon Macs.

i can not load in to a game pet city 2 and when i try to load it is say that they can not load my game because of Firefox please help with this problem it has been months I've have been having this problem

I have two Firefox tabs open on my browser. Task manager shows 35 tabs using 897 MB of memory. How do I make this stop? And why are so many tabs running? I have cleared cache, cookies, etc.

I'm experiencing an issue with the drag and drop functionality in my browser that's significantly affecting my workflow. Previous behavior:

I could drag any selected text to any area of the browser window to open a new search tab I could lightly drag links anywhere to open them in new tabs

Current behavior:

Now I must drag content specifically to the tab bar at the top to open new tabs This extra precision required is frustrating and slowing down my browsing

I haven't intentionally changed any settings, and this change happened suddenly. This functionality was extremely useful for me as I frequently need to open multiple tabs while researching. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a new "feature" or a bug? Most importantly, does anyone know how to restore the previous drag and drop behavior? I'm using Windows Live Mail 2012 (which yes is pretty old) and one of the problems manifests itself in Firefox so let me describe this, I'm asking here because I don't think Microsoft ever supports anything any more so yes I'm grasping at straws but here goes. If I click on an email preview in my email client it proceeds to try and open that content in an almost infinite set of windows. If instead I click on a web link in that content it proceeds to attempt to open an almost infinite number of tabs of copies of this content in Firefox, I'm not saying this is the fault of the browser but it's a weird problem. Finally if I try and open the website that I need to use to manage the memory usage of this limited memory cable provider email account, the website no longer processes that correctly either so after a short time I will run out of memory entirely and lose usage of the account so you can see why solving this is an urgent matter for me. (I already contacted the cable provider tech support and their considered opinion was I ought to pound sand since they no longer provide email accounts any more for anyone. I have a peculiar feeling that one possible answer involves doing complex editing in the Registry, I think I'd rather back out the update (although MSC wil probably just overwrite it again in 6 months anyway) but I guess either would be acceptable, I'm just wondering how come I'm the only person in the known universe who has seen this weird issue?

I browse using full screen in Firefox. After closing the app and reopening, the browsing window is just 1/4th the size requiring me to expand it, every time. Is this a bug?

I keep getting a pop-up for"sign documents online" in my Firefox browser. Several others have reported the same. It overlays the browser content so I can't use Firefox at all. My only option seems to be to uninstall Firefox and use a different browser. Is there a fix?

Used to be able to access my Xfinity account on FireFox. Now, when I try to log in (after I type in User Name and Password and hit "Enter",) I get a blank screen except for the words: "a rendering error occurred: ." in the upper lefthand corner of the screen.

I’m getting a drop-down from Firefox when I’m on Firefox that says “read and sign a documents without leaving Firefox“. It dropped down window covers a document that I want to print and I cannot access the print button as a result. The drop-down has no way of removing it or moving it. How can I get rid of this drop-down?

I've been having an issue with picture-in-picture (PiP) mode where the subtitles and rewind/fast-forward buttons (rr/ff) won't follow the video into the small player for Disney+ specifically. I have no issues with YouTube or any other site. The subtitles and rr/ff just stay with the original video player on the site while the video is in PiP mode. I can see the subtitle button on the PiP player, but it is grayed out and I can't click it. I've updated both Firefox and my computer (Windows 11) and reinstalled Firefox, cleared cookies and cache, and still no dice. Any advice? Thanks!

(In the screenshot, the PiP player isn't showing video, but I think that's just because of Disney's anti-piracy software - I can see the video in the PiP player on my screen.)

Hi, after update 137.0.1 (64-bit) using Firefox with latest Gecko driver 0.36.0 in Python Selenium stalls and fails to initiate drivers without returning initiation errors every second launch, previously this stall without returning initiation errors would happen every ~25th launch. Also when it does successfully launches previously 9 instances used to use about 95% of my 8 GB RAM, now 6 instances use 100% RAM. Nothing else in my system changed besides Firefox update.
