I don't like the Firefox printer controls. How can I get Firefox to use my regular computer printer dialog?

- Marquis has colonised my search page. - I used to be able to get rid of it temporarily by going into troubleshoot mode and going through that whole process twice - oddly, it never worked first time. - Now that doesn't work. - I can only get to my DuckDuckGo homepage via my bookmarks, which means I can't have more than one page open at a time. Firefox opens by default in Marquis. - I downloaded paid-for antivirus software with no results, so I'm reluctant to get anything else unless I'm sure it will work. - I notice that several people on this thread and elsewhere have reported this intrusion. - Does anyone know what to do about it??

Am I being ghosted? Why did a second Firefox App appear on my toolbar? When I try to delete it, the reply is always that it is open.

I can't get Firefox to store bookmarks on my Mac since I installed Monterey 12.0.1. I managed to find some instructions on your trouble shooting page but they do NOT work. Hate to give you guys up, but unless y'all can help me fix this, I'll be moving on.
