iMac macOS 11.5 Firefox 90.0.2

Firefox pretty much crashed every time I quit. Doesn't matter if I'm looking at a web page or close all windows before quitting.

Restarting in Trouble Shoot mode doesn't help either.

The cause seems to be synchronisation - if I sign out of my account and no longer synchronise, the problem goes away and I can quit without Firefox crashing.

Version 91 is causing double spacing on drop down menus, ie: bookmarks. In previous versions we were allowed to change to single spacing, but not on 91. When will firefox fix this issue and go back to single spacing? Because of this issue I re-installed version 90 and will not update to future versions unless fixed.

since the FF90.xx I can´t paste anymore in the World of Tank EU forum. I did refresh firefox and tried it without addons and in private mode and it does not work. The only chance that I can paste is in the mobile version from the used IP.Board. I can´t even see the paste/einfügen option in the posting section.

I have some other members inside the community that reported the same issue to me.

It would be nice to get some help/ideas.

I am unable to delete bookmarks using any of the standard methods: cut, remove, delete and am not comfortable venturing down the rabbit hole of " places.sqlite" . I have good enough computer skills but have no business going into that realm. This seems absurd to me that this requires delving into the deep files and clicking on things I do not understand that sound like I'm doing something I shouldn't be touching.

Any solution??

1. Problem: Recently it is no longer possible to print a page from www.OpenStreetMap.org with the browser Mozilla Firefox. It doesn't work on another computer either. However, with Internet Explorer on the same computers, prints can be made. The last time I made a printout of OpenStreetMap with Firefox was on 7/16/2021. Apparently something changed in Firefox after that, making printing no longer possible. Now when I try to print via the Firefox "Print this page" button (or Ctrl+P key), only the frame of the OpenStreetMap page is printed, but not the map itself. Also the headers and footers are not printed. This issue does not occur when printing with Firefox from other websites or when using Internet Explorer.
2. My software: Mozilla Firefox 90.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Home version 21H1 (64-bit). On my other computer: Mozilla Firefox 90.0.2 (32-bit) on Windows 10 Home version 1909 (32-bit).
3. WHO IS HELPING ME?

After upgrade to firefox 90, I am not able to login in some pages. I use sso with certificate on these pages and Firefox just show this error message: "Error code: SSL_ERROR_CERTIFICATE_UNKNOWN_ALERT".

I also not able to downgrade back to old version because firefox does not want to open with alert that I use older version.

I use firefox on MacOS Mojave and after upgrade Firefox tried to access to my keychain for certificate, but without success. I do not have set my firefox to use my keychain, so I do not know why it tried to access keychain.

So I have to migrade to chrome :(. I wait for a while if there is solution before I delete firefox.

Just updated Firefox from version 90.0.2 -> 91.0.1 on a Mac running OS 10.15.7.

I'm experiencing 404 errors of which do not occur in the previous version. Here's what the console shows...

Source map error: Error: request failed with status 404 Resource URL: https://MyWebsite.com/assets/vendor/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css Source Map URL: bootstrap.min.css.map

I tried several things to try and isolate this issue, but all to no avail. The file does exist, and loads in the previous version of Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

I am trying to disable Firefox notifications whenever I take screenshots, and googling for solutions, I found the commonly suggested solution is to uncheck the "Pause notifications until Firefox restarts" box in Permissions:

This option is not available in my browser version; thus, I'm hoping there's a newer workaround for this.

Hello Community; Hope someone can help. Other day my Mac Mini (I'm using an LG monitor as the computer screen) automatially downloaded the latest BIG SUR update (11.5.1)...since that day all my FIREFOX 91 (64 bit) pages are displaying incorrectly!! It almost looks like I'm in SAFE MODE--but I'm not. Gmail has all these little highlighted squares around all links and folders and many colors on my web pages aren't even displaying! (The pages are white!). I have tried a myriad of solutions...everything from clearing the cache to yada yada yada...and STILL FIREFOX is "acting out" so badly that I had to bite the bullet and switch to using SAFARI! Does anyone else have this current experience? Today is 8-16-21...this is a current problem. If you have any solutions please I would love to hear them! Thank you Steven Orr storr54@gmail.com

Somehow firefox is trying to open (by itself) a page that is sytematically blocked by SOPHOS antivirus. It is a malware or a setting in Firefox causing this? the site is: flashvd.net/.well-known/http-opportunistic. This is happening only when firefox is running. thanks

i deleted firefox files. then installed v 90. all bookmarks are gone. how do i get them back

Local TV Station Radars and Bing maps will not load anymore. However, the weather channel radar does work. Weird. Running Firefox 90.0.0(64bit) on Win 10. Tried deleting all cookies and cache- no joy. Tried safe mode- no joy. All Radars and Maps work in Edge, but not Firefox. What else can I do?

how to remove the Firefox tittle bar in Linux mint. in windows it does not show the tittle bar. chrome in Linux also doesn't show the title bar. is there any way? in previous version there used to be an option to toggle the title bar in the customize session..

Why do I feel like, every time I upgrade to the latest version of Firefox, that I'm a new user having to jump through the same questions/hoops, close extra windows, and feel like I'm being bombarded by the combined sales forces of Google, Amazon, and ATT DirectTV all at the same time trying to sell me something?

All I want is a browser that works. Which is what I've wanted since I began using Firefox over a decade ago. I don't want to be "upsold" nor do I want "fries with that". Just a browser (that works).

Please TONE IT DOWN A NOTCH! Or you just might drive this long time customer to something else like, god forbid, EDGE! Geezus...

How can I sign out of my Firefox account in browser automatically when I close the window? So that I need to login to my Firefox account the next time I open my browser.

Take a look at the screenshots. The second device is called "Firefox on HUAWEI LIO-L29", but I renamed it to "Mate 30 Pro" (screenshot 2).

Why is the device name displayed not "Mate 30 Pro", as in the case of "Macbook D14"? I renamed the device in Firefox settings a few days ago.

I need help changing my keyboard layout in Firefox, as I´m not able to find the right settings. I'm currently using a British keyboard (with @ below the 'Esc') layout on a keyboard with American keyboard (with ` below the 'Esc') layout. I´m thankful that it is still a QWERTY-layout but for example the ´ and ' are on different places than I can see and from what I'm used to.

So, how can I change the keyboard layout on Firefox?

On my OS I sure have the right settings for my keyboard, I think it changed on my web browser when it updated.
