When I start up my computer and open Firefox none of my accounts are active, I have to log into each one of them even if I check "remember me." When I close Firefox and reopen it after having logged into all my accounts in the first session, all my accounts are active. When I turn off my computer, and turn it back on again and open Firefox, my accounts aren't active. The only account that stays logged in is Google.

Here is a picture of my all my relevant settings, add-ons, and plugins.

I'm running Fx 44.0.2 on Mac 10.11.3. I believe the problem started before I upgraded though, but can't be sure. I can't print or print to pdf at all from Fx but printing in other apps works fine. I tried doing a refresh as recommended by troubleshooting page & it didn't solve the problem. Since that time I've only installed 2 extensions (1Password & Tab Tree). There was also a recommendation to reset a setting containing print_printer in about:config. It doesn't exist. That may be the problem, but it doesn't say what the whole name of the key is so I don't know how to create it. There's also a recommendation for removing all print items from the prefs_js file, but it seems to me that the refresh created a whole new profile which would make this moot. Am I wrong? Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Many PDFs are only displaying images and some text using the built in viewer in Firefox 44.0.2 on A MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9.5.

This appears to be something that has only happened in the latest updates of Firefox.

Example of one that DOES NOT display well in Firefox: http://mediad.publicbroadcasting.net/p/kplu/files/201602/save-kplu-ambassador-kit.pdf

Another random of a .pdf that does not display well in Firefox 44 (but used to): http://www.insurance.wa.gov/oicfiles/orders/2011orders/11-0143.pdf

(Not using "hardware acceleration," etc.)

Hello, For some reason today, my firefox has started automatically closing down without a crash or error message appearing. It does not register as a crash either as it did not appear when I check the crash logs. I have tried in Safe Mode, refreshed Firefox and even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Lastly, I tried to unchecked the option of 'Use hardware acceleration when available' but this problem is still persisting.

Anti-virus scan (Kaspersky 2016) hasn't picked up any problems either. The only thing I have done differently today is to delete my temp folders via Disk cleanup but I didn't think this would cause problems with Firefox like this?

I am running Windows 10 and using Firefox 44.0.2.

Any ideas on what the problem may be?

Best wishes,

There's one site I log into regularly that's suddenly become inaccessible. After I log in, the tab simply disappears. When I do the same in IE, I get a message saying, "The webpage you are visiting is trying to close the tab. Do you want to close this tab?" I click on No and I'm in. But no such message appears in FF.

This began a few days ago, and I've made no changes to FF in months. However, FF may have updated itself (to 44.0.2) recently and that could possibly be the cause.

This simple script snippet has always worked in the past, and it even works correctly in IE. But in Firefox it opens a new window at about 400 x 400 pixels.

<a href="javascript: void(0)" onclick="window.open('January.shtml','windowname1','width=850, height=600');

return false;">Click here for simple popup window</a>

What needs to be changes in the FF configuration so it works correctly?

Failure to get this to work correctly means I will have to discontinue supporting Firefox and go to Internet Explorer where the script works.

Thanks for any support you can provide.

I have already tried some hints in the support page, but no luck with the the suggestions for "link.o"

Dear Mozilla support,

since a few weeks now I have a strange problem with Firefox on my Windows 7 machine: When trying to open Youtube and often when trying to open Google (and any google related sites such as google docs) it shows me the error "sec_error_unknown_issuer" - a bad certificate. I have already tried a few things like following the advice in the "how to troubleshoot sec_error_unknown_issuer" guide, however nothing has worked so far. I have also made sure that my PC time is correct. The issued certificate is by "BullGuard SSL Proxy CA". I have checked in this direction and found a Bullguard forum thread with a similar issue suggesting a run command that apparently resets or renews the certificates but it has not changed anything. Furthermore, an antivirus scan with Malwarebytes and Bullguard has found nothing. Launching Firefox in safe mode did not prevent the problem. Youtube and Google work fine in Internet Explorer.

The first time I got this problem I have tried to do a windows restore point to the last update where I was sure the problem was not yet present. However this resulted in my windows user account becoming corrupted so I had to create a new one. The problem seemed solved for a few days until it reoccurred. I cannot think of anything else to do now. You are my last hope. Thank you for reading.
