When i try to play YouTube videos, there is just a gray screen in the video box and the loading icon just continually spins. When I pause it, the loading icon goes away. There is no error message. YouTube videos work on Chrome. It is not a black screen, it is clearly gray. YouTube updated or something, and I think it might have something to do with this

When I shut down firefox and reopen it, it will turn on briefly and then crash. I am able to open it by clicking a link that requires a password and using it from there but that takes a while and its really annoying. I have an add blocker and I don't want to get rid of it by using safemode. I read something about turning off the hardware accelerator but when I go into tools, theres no options button. Im also using a MacBook Pro.

Hello:

I tried using the Add-on, Password Exporter. It works to export from my old iMac but when I tried to install Password Exporter on my new MacBook Pro running Firefox v37.0.2, I get the message, "Password Exporter could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 37.0.2."

So . . . .

Is there another way to export and then import my Firefox passwords?

Thanks

For the last month or so any Youtube video I watch takes around a minute before it starts playing. I have cleared my cache and cookies numerous times. I actually formatted my computer and upgraded to windows 8.1 today and this problem still persists. I had adblock enabled but I tried to disable that and the problem remained. I have also tried both HTML5 and the Flash versions of Youtube and nothing worked.

Using any other browsers, Youtube videos being to play instantly.

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to www.gmail.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified. What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate. www.gmail.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.

I am trying to locate a download of a firefox install program for use on win32 systems. Do to the restrictions of you website in asking questions I am unable to find this download. I am being directed through 100's of pages of information and pictures on how to do an install across the web using a firefox install stub. I don't need this. So I decided to try and as a question. This required setting up another user access account which required trying about a dozen user names and three different passwords in order to get sufficient information to identify an acceptable name and password for your account setup routine. I have now wasted three hours. All I wanted to ask is where do I download a full install routine so that I can do an offline install on a group of computers I am updating?
