Dear Sir/Madam

I have set up a new Microsoft Surface pro 7 with fresh Win11 23h2 and office installation.

The latest Firefox 122.0.1 has been downloaded.

Problem:

When i sign in to my Microsoft 365 account for the first time everything goes smooth and get all authentication steps.

BUT

1. I never reach the Microsoft 365 page and return back to Microsoft log in page

"https://www.office.com/?trysignin=0"

2. if I insist in Trying I get in a loop and i get the error message "AADSTS50196 authentication error,"

3. I have tried to clean Cookies cash. The only difference now is that i do not get in that indefinite loop but i have to reenter the sign in credentials and again reach the log in screen.

4. I have entered the office.com, Microsoft.com, hotmail.com as trusted sites but problem same

5. No issues in that particular Surface pro to sign in Microsoft 365 site via edge

6. No issues to sign in Microsoft 365 in my other computers via Mozila. It happens to that particular surface new installation

Any help/Troubleshooting will be appreciated

I can not log into my Harley ride planner account. Its not the websight as I can log in on my I phone. I get this message.The resource at “https://www.harley-davidson.com/etc/designs/h-d/images/dropdown-arrow-white-2.png” was blocked by OpaqueResponseBlocking. Reason: “nosniff is true and mimeType is an opaque-blocklisted MIME type or its essence is 'text/plain'”. How do I fix this? Thank you Paul

Hi! Relaying this for another Firefox user. Whenever they go to Google Images, it seems like the images don't fully load. GIFs don't play, and it ends up showing the preview rather than the full image. This isn't happening on other sites like Bing. Any ideas what could be causing this? A uninstall and reinstall didn't help.

Hey! I use Firefox to create my websites, but the browser no longer saves (file:///C:/sukujut/list_1/Mattimakinen.htm) htm data and images. It only stores small files and image quantities, but not the size I need (e.g. 22mt). I create an htm file and an image file through family stories, open them in the Firefox browser, and after the page opens, I save them as a web page, the whole thing - in a Microsoft Expression Web program file. At this point, if the file is even slightly larger, it will save the htm file, but not the image file at all. A warning triangle appears next to the save button and the message: download failed. Mattimakinen.htm - download failed - local file.

I have reinstalled firefox, no help. The browser saves the plain htm file, but not with the photos. I am currently doing genealogy and an important area is photographs.

The browser shows opt-in prompt for the user to easily setup this behavior. However, I do not want to do this.

When I click "No thanks", the prompt goes away, but couple days later, it returns. I guess that an update resets the prompt status.

Is there a way to permanently disable this opt-in prompt without allowing Firefox to start automatically with the computer?

Hi, on my current Firefox setup, I have a search engine shortcut in my Top Sites on a New Tab page. It's a quick one for Amazon, I can't figure out how to add others though. I saw reference to it in this old support issue, but I can't find how to do that anymore.

I have the HTTP_PROXY, HTTPS_PROXY and FTP_PROXY (and their lowercase counterparts) exported and then the firefox binary is started from the shell script. The settings in firefox say it will 'Use system proxy settings'. Nevertheless I do not see the proxy being used as I can not access the web pages that need the proxy. The 'about:config' also does not show that firefox picked up any proxy related information from the shell environment.

I know the proxy address is correct because if I use brave browser instead of firefox (same shell script that launches brave) I can reach the web pages behind the proxy as expected.

I am using Firefox with the uBlock Origin and Cookie AutoDelete extensions enabled. When I try and load Gmail or any other Google site, I get a blank page and nothing loads at all. This only occurs when my VPN is on (I use Private Internet Access). However, even with the VPN on, Chrome will still load those sites. Disabling the VPN means that the sites load normally.

My guess is it might be some sort of privacy setting in Firefox, but I don't understand what it could be. The only thing that breaks/fixes the sites is connecting and disconnecting the VPN, irrespective of which country I try and connect from.

I've encountered a recurring issue with Firefox on Ubuntu where my master password is sporadically not recognized when typed using my external wireless keyboard. This problem does not occur consistently but is particularly frustrating when it does, as it forces me to switch to my laptop's keyboard for input. I'm certain the password is entered correctly; after multiple careful attempts (3-5 times), the issue persists, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

- **Operating System:** Latest version of Ubuntu - **Hardware:** Dell Latitude laptop with a Contour external wireless keyboard, connected through a Dell docking station. This setup is shared with another laptop (HP) via the docking station.

• • Observations:**

- The issue seems to occur sporadically and is not reproducible on demand, adding to the frustration. - It has happened notably on the first login attempt after the computer's first boot of the day. - On one occasion, the problem led me to change my master password under the mistaken belief it had been compromised.

• • Impact:**

This intermittent recognition issue disrupts my workflow and significantly affects my user experience with Firefox. The necessity to switch input methods and the initial misinterpretation of the problem as a security concern are particularly concerning.

In what scenario would anyone ever want a website to track what they are copying? Why would a browser allow a website to see what you're copying anyway?

Not only that, it takes up precious real-estate in an often already-crowded contextual menu. Why not make it the default action when selecting the normal "Copy Link" contextual menu item?

Здравствуйте. К своему стыду не могу разобраться. Поставил опции, во вкладке безопасность, удалять Куки и Историю по выходу из Firefox. При этом история сохраняется, при последующем запуске браузера. Так же при следующем запуске браузера, при авторизации на сайтах, автоматически заполняется поле "логин", "телефон". Как сделать что бы не заполнялся и была очищена история? Спасибо.

I had Wavve.co app installed on my laptop. Was using it but started to have problems (ie, the app slowing and then not working at all). Firefox showed me a message that said something to the effect that this page was slowing down the browser, did I want to "Stop Page"?

So I clicked "Stop Page", but now even after doing a reset to a date PRIOR to installing the app, I still cannot access the app on this laptop. Will I now need to switch to another browser to continue working with Wavve? Is there ANY way to UNDO that action? Suggestions?

I want the tab button to stop navigating any web page. Im tired of the alt tab shortcut moving my focus around and forcing me to completely refresh a page just to interact with it again.

Please do not tell me to use about:config browser.toolbars.keyboard_navigation. It doesnt work because its not what im looking for. I want to disable the tab key in my browser. Period. 100% gone. Stop bothering me ever again type deal.

Is there a way to disable tab key navigation that doesnt require a year of coding experience with an obscure addon that probably doesnt work as of 10 updates ago?

In the past two days, any add-on I add to FF browser. does not have a "Pin" option ellipsis activated . Some of my other settings are also botched up: tab used to open on hitting "return" among them.

All comments etc, are either convoluted, unintelligible, and ALL do not address this issue. If someone knows what to do, chime in. many of us have this issue. But please, have a real solution or don't bother us.

When you switch the language in a text field, the focus on that text field is lost and the focus goes to another browser tab. This only happens if at this time a video is playing in mozilla in picture in picture mode with the Always on top option enabled. How to fix it? (Ubuntu 22.04)

I must have pressed a shortcut to make this happen (Firefox zoom is default 100%), video is small and on the left, you can see that the progress bar is the same size as the video.

Our website have "cross-origin isolation" setup, more exactly included the following in response header:

Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy: credentialless Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy: same-origin

but now, the youtube video which is embeded in iframe is not working(blocked)!

How to solve this problem?
