On opening Firefox I receive the following message: End Of Life Your version of Linux Mint is no longer supported! I am Up to date (Firefox 104.0.1~lnuxmint1+elsie) updated 3 Sep 22. The is a link for installation instructions, but I do not trust it. Am I wrong? or is there something else going on? Any help or advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks

I need help in solving a problem. Using FIREFOX: When I go onto the Chase web site, it displays my account but will not display the page with my last (or previous) statements. It looks like it is working, but the page remains blank. I was finally told by the Chase help desk to try it with Google Chrome -- and, sure enough, it works. I have checked to see what version of Firefox I have and it is: 104.0.1 (64 bit). It says this is the latest. The Chase person told me that they have had calls from customers using Firefox who had the same problem as me. Is there a fix from Firefox for this problem? In the meantime, I will be forced to use Google Chrome when I want to deal with Chase. By the way, American Express is able to display their statements when I am using Firefox without a problem. Also, I was told to try the Chase APP on my iPhone -- and it works too. It seems there is a problem between Firefox and part of the Chase software.

I am running Unix Ubuntu 22.04 with Firefox 104.0.01 (64 bit). My Canon LBP 6230DW works fine in my word processor and in Chrome, but it does not show up in the Printer destination field when I am in Firefox. The only print option is to "Save as PDF." How do I get the Canon to be a print destination in Firefox?

Is there way how to organize my addons to groups on firefox toolbar? Let's say that I want to have folders or containers or groups for: video addons, shopping addons, searching addons, tabs addons, ... (see attached image).

Getting sick of FireFox, I want to search from the GOOGLE SEARCH BAR, not the address bar, but the settings don't work you can choose to have the search bar next to the address bar, but it doesn't work, the google search bar doesn't work either, no matter what setting, your search ends up in the address bar, with all the updates, they don't fix crap on here, when someone makes a complaint, FIX THE CRAP, I don't need to ask 100 people why it wont work, just FIX IT!!

Device: M1 Macbook Air, Monterey 12.5.1, Media output device: Pixel Buds A. Audio cracks and balance shifts to one bud when pausing/ playing a Youtube video, YT Music audio, etc. for a split second and is very jarring. Works fine in other browsers.

I inadvertently changed the FF Bookmarks OPEN WITH app to Itunes!

I was restoring FF book,marks from 1 desktop to another. Now when i Back up my Bookmarks, it shows TYPE as "Itunes" on my Desktop FF bookmarks folder.

How do i get rid of Itunes for FF bookmarks?

After downloading Firefox on my other computer this strange popup started appearing. I have uninstalled Firefox on that computer but the popup remains. How do I get rid of it?

Skysports.com always asks me to select cookie options. Allow or View options and reject. I always choose the second one. The problem is. I can never choose the options. Opera browser, a better browser than this one, shows the options and allows me to choose. Sky just shows the same box every single page and I have to go through the same sequence every time.

I'm using Firefox 104 on LInux Mint 19. In settings I have downloads set to the Download folder and "always ask" is checked. However, when downloading a file the dialog opens to some random folder that ff creates under /run/user/1000/doc, every time, and every time I have to navigate to where I actually want to put the file otherwise I'd have to go searching deep into the file system to find it. In earlier versions (I still have a copy of ff 71 installed too) The download dialog opens to the download folder and if I save the file elsewhere the next download opens to the folder where saved the last file. This is the behavior that I want in ff 104. How can I set that up?

I tend to stream YouTube and other online video streaming services via Discord and I tend to also have captions enabled but when I Alt Tab to get into the discord call captions do not update. I've tried going into private mode, safe mode and tried a new profile with no dice. Waterfox doesn't have this issue and it wasn't always present in Firefox, at first it happened randomly now it happens all the time. I've also tried other voice chat apps and have confirmed it's not a Discord issue with Firefox.

Any ideas?

Hello, I have no idea where almost 270 website / user names & passwords have Gone?? I used to have Over 300 in my Firefox/Mozilla Options/Passwords File, (Password Manager) up until 2 or 3 weeks ago.. Now, I have Only 33 user names/Passwords when I opened it up tonight.. The reason I went to FIND a user name & password for it, is Because I have (2) Programs that are NOT OPENING UP now, And (1) Program happens to be my ( WEBROOT Internet Security & Anti-Virus Software from Best Buy / Geek Squad..) This Webroot Loads Automatically every time I Boot my Computer, and Runs in the Background of my Windows 10 64-Bit operating System.. But, just about 2 weeks ago, the Webroot Dashboard that "Normally Opens" up in "Green", Now Opens up in "RED" and wants me to Provide my "Membership ID", and The "Product Key" to it.. And this is a Paid Subscription thru Best Buy / Geek Squad Every Year, ( and Does Not Expire until This coming November of 2022..) So, Now I Know why this Webroot is Not Loading, and is asking me for my "Information".. Because I am MISSING This Information, And 269 Other Logins, & Passwords from Mozilla Firefox.. Could SOMEONE? Please, Advise me as to "WHERE" the "Encrypted" (User names & Passwords) are on my Hard drive?? And How do I "IMPORT" These "FILES" back into Firefox's (Password Manager) ?? I am using v. 104.0.1 Every time I open the browser I get the pop-up notifying me that an update is available. I don't want to update at this time. I can and will update when I prefer to. How can I get this annoying pop-up to stop? Please don't make me go to Edge. Please.

My wife has an older Mac. About a week ago, a pop-up from Firefox told her to update her program. She loaded in the new one and when she tried to open it she got the message that her computer was too old for the update.

We had to reload the most recent update which had been running on her computer.

Now, none of her bookmarks show up and the bookmark toolbar will not display near the top of the screen as it used to.

None of help items online are of any use because what they say will show up on the screen (such as when you enter "about:profiles") is not what shows up on her screen.

Is there any way to recover her bookmarks, passwords and other saved data, please?
