Hi, I lost firefox browser because of I setup new windows so i install again but unfortunately i cant get back my previous bookmarks settings and more. I had firefox account and i was login and sync my settings. i want my settings and all back please help. My last login was 20/5/2022. my account email: [email address removed]

I used to sign in to my credit card through Elan Financial Services and then I would highlight my credit card, tell it the date range I needed to update to Quicken, and hit enter. a popup would give me the option of opening the file or to save the quicken file to my computer. I would select the option to open the file and it would update my register on Quicken. Now, I only get the option to save the file to my computer. On Microsoft Edge, I still get the choice to open or save the file. Why doesn't Firefox support the Open Function anymore. I use Firefox for everything, but now I have to remember to switch to Edge for this one important update. Is this a change in Firefox or something I have to deal with Elan on? Let me give you a scenario.

I cleared my cookies.

Go to https://www.amazon.com. From the drop-down at the top of the page (it now shows All) select a product area. I selected "electronics". I now type in "batteries" in the search field. The screen goes black. The tab is now unresponsive.

Another example. Go to https://www.amazon.com. From the drop-down at the top of the page (it now shows All) select a product area. I selected "Kindle Store". Now I selected any book (I typed in "Killing th" and the drop-down showed "killing the illers bill oreilly. A small book shows up in the middle of the screen (which is now grayed out). I can select "orders" and the orders are shown but they are skewed in an abnormal fashion (i.e. not displayed as they were on the previous version of Firefox). I hit the back arrow and click on the small icon of the book displayed and I am on the page for that book. However scrolling down shows that the page is displayed in an abnormal fashion and I can no longer click on "orders" (nothing happens when I click on this drop-down.

I cannot order anything and I need to hit the back arrow to return to the previous page in order to log off of Amazon.com.

I use Firefox by choice. However my least two browsers in the world (Chrome and Edge) both sill work on Amazon.

I REALLY REALLY do not want to use those browsers for ordering on Amazon. Please fix Firefox. I like it more, believe it's more secure and I really prefer that browser. Please help me by fixing your browser.

One more thing: I just updated Firefox today. It worked fine yesterday..

We have a webapp, while accessing this application in Chrome/Edge browsers, it doesn't prompt the user to enter login credentials. But the same application while accessing in Firefox, it prompts the user to enter login credentials. How can I disable the login prompt for Firefox and make firefox to use the windows authentication( How to allow NTLM/Windows Authentication in Firefox )

Since the Firefox 100 update, I have had issues with Firefox connecting to Google and its subdomains. When the browser is first started, all google domains work fine. After a few minutes though, a dialog at the top of G-mail (multiple accounts) appears stating it wants to re-connect, and will try and reconnect indefinitely with no success until the browser is closed and reopened. Also, calendar will stop working, and attempting to connect to any other google service (search, keep, drive, etc.) results in no DNS resolve, with sometimes the search bar URL changing to "about:blank." I have tried resetting the browser and re-installation (both at a user and administrative permission level) with no avail. Is this a known problem, or is it suspected there is another culprit here? It is worth noting that this is my company laptop, and that my coworker has also recently began running into this issue.

(when i click "Capture video" the LED near the webcam hole is on, but preview not shown.

but in chrome, edge and opera connect successfully. first LED on, then preview is shown with no bug!

(first i check firefox, not connected, then check in chrome connected, NOTE: device is not busy with chrome when i check firefox, i am a web developer:) )

Firefox does not play well with how you customize keyboard shortcuts on Mac i.e. Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts.

By default - Move Cursor to Address Bar - Cmd+L Bookmark this Page - Cmd+D

I would like to switch these two shortcuts but there does not seem to be any way. Please help me out.

Chciałbym wyjaśnić, że nie ma znaczenia, czy mam jakiekolwiek dodatki włączone czy nie mam, efekt jest zawsze taki sam - brak obrazków!!!. Identyczne dodatki oraz identyczne ustawienia jak w "Firefox" mam także w "Opera" i tam wszystko działa.

Po prostu coś zjebaliście mości panowie przy tworzeniu przeglądarki, bo jest ten problem występuje już od kilku ładnych aktualizacji - cały czas.

2. Ponadto drugi problem to taki, że nie życzę sobie, aby Firefox dodawał przy aktualizacji lub instalacji cokolwiek do autostartu windows !!! zawsze będę usuwał wszelkie podprogramy, których sobie nie życzę z autostartu. Wystarczą Wasze gówniane rozszerzenia, których nie można w żaden sposób usunąć a których po prostu nie chcę w przeglądarce (Allegro, DuckDuckGo, Google, Wikipedia(En), Wolne Lektury)... po jaką cholerę to dodajecie?

Even though my settings is set for "always ask ..", in the latest Firefox versions all files are automatically saved to "Downloads" on my hard drive. Could you please rectify this error?

For at least the last few months, I've been having problems with printing. It doesn't matter if it's a web page, an attachment in yahoo.mail or a return label from Amazon, the print is too big to fit on the paper. If I switch to Edge, it comes out fine. I have used Firefox for years and never had this problem till now. Please help.

Hello, I was reinstalling my OS, and I didn't create recovery code for my data to retrieve it after (which I found out after reinstalling my OS) on my Mozilla Firefox account, I had a lot of passwords, bookmarks and data that I need to recover, also for my full time job a lot of valuable data which I have lost now. I couldn't find any email address so I can address my concern directly, It's why I am posting here. Please help, I am so lost now. Hi, As it is, Firefox remember the primary password as long as the software is open and the computer not shut down. This is a very serious security risk! Firefox should forget the primary password after a certain period of time, even when running continuously. At least Firefox should forget the password after the session is suspended or locked. I cannot open OneDrive with Firefox. I tested Safari and Chrome to see if they have the same problem. They both were able to open OneDrive. The only Firefox extensions I have are Adblocker Ultimate and Print Friendly & PDF.

I have a problem on Firefox ONLY with my Shopify website login. I was having a weird problem with captcha cycling over and over and with Shopify's help I've changed all my passwords, added various authentication steps, including adding Norton and their VPN on top of the Firefox VPN. During all this I noticed a user that is NOT ME on my Shopify login page. Shopify can't figure it out and asked me to uninstall and reinstall Firefox which I did today. Mind you, everything is completely fine and normal on Chrome. After the reinstall, that user was still there! I logged them out, reset my password, checked it in Chrome and logged back in on Firefox. The user is STILL THERE!

What triggered all this was a random email about my products where the to: was blank. I replied to see which address it went to, which turned out to be a personal address that IS NOT associated to my websites. I actually have 3 on Shopify but only 1 has been weird. That got me worried. So I contacted Shopify and then this user (not me) showed up as I was doing screenshots to send to Shopify via chat.

Also all the Norton scans say everything is clean.

I have spent over a week working with Shopify in various capacities and now they have asked for an insane amount of information to ensure I am who I say I am. In fact I got a second round today! I've supplied both sets of information.

Is there anyone on the Firefox side that could help me troubleshoot this....live...not in chat hopefully! Could it be a Firefox issue?
