I've had an ongoing issue with Firefox now for several months since upgrading to windows 11. When I try to copy text, or images, url's or anything really that is supposed to go to the clipboard, it copies a blank text with no data instead. I can copy text and images from other programs and even paste them into text fields on Firefox but I can't copy from Firefox to anything else and it's frustrating.

I recently got forced into upgrading Outlook in windows and hated it so I started using Thunderbird and surprisingly, I have the exact same issue there as well.

I have tried: Running Firefox in safe mode (Shift + Left Click) Resetting Firefox Switching Back to default themes Disabling hardware acceleration Updating to the latest Beta Build (v126) Running Firefox Developer edition

I really want to get this fixed and working, I don't want to have to switch to another browser =/.

Hi, so on my office pc I work with firefox. I made an account specifically to store every bookmarks etc on that account so when my company updates something I'll always have my bookmarks. Unfortunately somehow since yesterday they all disapeared, and no I'm unable to recover them with the different methods that are foreseen on your website. please advise kr daniel

SAS booking site blocks me when I try to book flights because it thinks I'm a BOT. I was advised by SAS to use Microsoft Edge and I didn't have any problems. I've used Firefox for years and I don't want to change to Edge. Thanks Neil Tarbet

For about 6 months now, I've been having a strange problem with Firefox leaving behind ghost entries on the Win 11 taskbar.

I have a laptop attached to a dock which is connected to multiple monitors. If I have a FF window open on one of those external monitors and disconnect from the dock, all the tabs that were open in that FF window will become ghost entries on the taskbar. (see attached image).

It doesn't matter if I close FF entirely, these entries remain until I restart the computer. If I click on one of them, it opens up a brand new, blank FF window.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what might be going on? I tried doing some investigating a few weeks back and I remember finding something in the task manager about COM Surrogate that seemed connected, but I didn't get beyond that.

My Firefox browser is up to date but I cannot log on to my Bank website. As soon I enter my Logon info I get logged out, however I can access the site using MS EDGE. This is a recurring problem. The website recognizes Firefox as an valid browser. Occasionally I have been able fix problem by clearing the browser Cookies/History but at present none of that works. Do you have any suggestions? My preferred browser is Firefox so this problem is frustrating.

At one time, I was able to swipe left on my trackpad and go back to the previous page on firefox. I can't seem to find where to set that preference. I'm running MacOS.

I followed instructions for adding bookmarks from html file. Got to "import from html" . I can see the html file I want to access, but when I push "open" nothing happens.

I don't like getting recommendations in Pocket that you need a subscription to read. Why waste my time giving me the initial information on something, but then when I try to read it, I can't because I already have too many subscriptions. Seems like there used to be an option besides "Dismiss" to not show content from particular sites?

Firefox Setup 125.0.2.exe popped a flag on Jotti's malware scan: ClamAV: Win.Trojan.Spora-7724442-0 I know this is going to turn out a false positive because VirusTotal came up with no flags but can someone at Mozilla get this flag cleared at Jotti's/ClamAV ? thanks

The past two days Ive had about a dozen addons all updated with the same similarity, i.e.

Every one has not been updated for 6-7 years. I don't see any release notes. Is this some sort of qualifying re-certification procerss?

The 125.0.2 update broke Amazon Prime Video. Firefox refuses to play ANY video, causes website to return a "That shouldn't have happened" error page. Prime Video plays just fine on Safari 16.6.1, macOS 11.7.10. Amazon says just to use Safari, but I want Firefox to work right.

I had to reset my primary password. Now the new password is not being accepted. And I keep getting a pop-up asking for the password. What can I do to have my password accepted?

I already tried to un-check "use primary password" in settings but cannot accomplish that with a password that is rejected.

I have logged out of one Gmail account and want Firefox to use another, but Firefox ignores the one I want to use. How do I get Firefox to recognize a certain Gmail account so I can receive mail?

Canvas is working on all other browsers normally, but when I try to login on firefox an error 403 message shows up at the two factor authentification step. I allowed popups already in this browser so that is not the issue.
