Using Firefox, I get incessant virus alterts from Firefox and McAfee that I have viruses. Windows Defender shows none. I want this to stop!

This happens occasionally for many months. It is still happening on v147.0.1. I start the computer, open Firefox, and the browser loads previously viewed pages, including my Gmail account. The Gmail page has me already logged in, and I DID NOT provide my password! This has to be a big security risk. If some one were to use my computer, or it was stolen, they would have complete access to my Gmail and all Google properties! I recently opened Firefox to see a new flagged warning under my toolbar that says "The security sandbox is disabled. Your configuration is unsupported and less secure."
I have gone into about:config and adjusted every security.sandbox element to see if that would change anything; it did not.
I am running on Windows 11 Home so I cannot install or properly run Windows Sandbox.
I would either like a solution to enable the sandbox once again, or just remove the notification from the toolbar.
Is this safe from anyone looking at my history?
