12/12/24 - netflix says i need to upgrade firefox browser in order to watch vis, but running MOST current version (115.18.0esr). Mac OS 10.12.6 . need help fixing issue. thanks

Since the last major update, the title bar is blank. Not missing, blank white. If I use the task bar to shrink and restore it, it appears normally. Sometime in normal use it suddenly appears. A search didn't find anything for me. Any ideas?

I am currently using FF v133.0 and I want to downgrade to v130.0. I tried this once before and could not get the 'Profile' to activate and reinstall all of my settings, bookmarks, add-ons, etc.

Please provide step-by-step instructions for doing this. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I noticed recently that my Firefox changed, now when I click on the search/url bar at the top of the screen it opens into this full window sized search bar that sits at the top of the screen which is really bothersome. I also noticed that the close and minimize icons which are normally at the top right of the screen moved to be pushed inwards. I cannot tell if this is some issue with my Arch install, or a theme, but I tried switching to other themes in Firefox that do not use the system stuff and it seems to still be an issue? Could it be something else? I am totally at a loss as to what caused this and how to fix it, if I need to do something else on my system I can do more troubleshooting as well. (I have included two screenshots showing what I mean)

Why does my settings say, "Information Your browser is being managed by your organization." when firefox is installed on my personal laptop? Is there a malicious software infecting the browser?

We are currently setting up a product internally in our environment yet we keep getting this error message, I was wondering if there are anymore details from Firefox as to what it means/background on what is going with the browser as we can not access the site. Thanks.

The website WSJ has large areas on front page, including the opinion listing, are simply white and not 'there' on the page to click on. I've deleted their cookies without effect, tried turning off all adblockers, shut mac down to reboot, nothing seems to have an effect. This is a recent glitch of only several days, prior performance was great. Thanks!

Hello, I'm currently using a Macbook Air, Early 2014, that still works perfectly fine for my needs. But it runs with OS X 10.9.5 and Firefox 78.15.0esr, that unfortunately can no longer be updated. That wouldn't be a problem to me since I do a very limited use of the computer, but now I'm getting the message "Your Firefox may start to have problems on January 14, 2025 since updates are not available for this OS". What should I do if I still want to use this device with Firefox to browse the internet? If it is impossible to keep using Firefox, any suggestions for an alternative browser that may still work? Safari is no longer an option. Thanks a lot for any and all replies

I have used the Firefox add-on "Evernote web clipper" for years. Several months ago, I got a new laptop, and got web clipper up and running, for a while.Then, the web clipper icon disappeared. Firefox tells me it is still active, but I am unable to use it. Also, I am unable to log onto Evernote.com via Firefox. Have to use Edge. I have submitted this request before, and got suggestions, but none solved the problem. I am willing to pay to have this problem solved. Contact me at 770-517-5993. -TomB
