For the past few weeks, I have been having problems playing certain Facebook videos. It seems to only happen when I try to play a video that was recorded live. I have tried clearing the cache, I've tried a private window, and I've tried safe mode. I still can't get the video to play. However, when I copy and paste the url to Safari, it works fine. I have been able to play "live" videos while they are actually "live"; it's just that they will not load when I try to play them later. I don't have any problems playing videos which have been uploaded to Facebook; only those which were recorded live. The videos just show a circle in the middle as if they are trying to load but nothing else happens. The length of the video does not matter; it happens with short videos as well as long ones. The screenshot image (of a random "live" video I found) I am uploading shows a partial black circle in the center, which is a spinning circle in realtime. I have circled it in red.

I am building a game that uses the canvas. Since the last update a lot of images are not displaying. I have always used Firefox to test the game and never had a problem. Test on other browsers have no problem. I have tried on localhost and on a live server. I have fingerprinting turned off.

Hi, I can no longer login using Firefox (latest version for my mac 154.0) into a website that I had no issues logging into until now. Nothing that I am aware off changed on my computer during the last few months. I turned off protections for the website, but it doesn't help. It just sits there, no error message.

I can login into the same website, with the same exact credentials using Safari.

Any idea why this might happen? Does anyone else experiences the same?

Went on vacation and firefox updated to version 154.0 and now some of my websites won't get pass the login in says password dont match then changed the password still dont match. Called vanguard they said they I see you changed your password correctly not loading because of your browser which is firefox. I need this corrected how do I back out firefox version 154.0. internet redit also shows alot of people having the same problems.

After last mac update i have not been able to get onto my Farmille2 game ive been using firefox on my macbook air no matter what I have tried hasn't worked going directly to zynga just brings up chrome info which doesnt work can you please help ?

my yahoo emails have all gone blank--the From: Mary and To: Frank in the top left of message box remains, but the entire message itself is completely blank. however, the messages show up as usual in safari. any help or suggestions would be welcome as i cannot reach any support from firefox. thank you.

I use WhatsApp web with Firefox 151.0.3 on a Macbook Air. In WhatsApp web, you should be able to emoji over a message sent by someone else. One clicks on the smile icon at the side of the message, the emoji pallet appear above and select one of a handful of emojis. Since a recent update, the pallet no longer opens. It's just white space, the cursor does not change allowing you to pick one of the emojis. See screenshot. Is there a fix for this please?

I am on the VistaPrint website and have an Ai support window open that I can't close because the entire window is not visible. I need the top of the window available to close it out and unfortunately the window blocks me from doing anything. I have backed out, logged back in and the window is still present. I contacted Vistaprint and they said it was a firefox issue and to try Chrome. I used Chrome and they are correct, I can access everything, went back to firefox and tried but the window is still present, if the window size could be reduced, I could access the top to close it. Please help.

I just purchased a Keychron Q1 MAX keyboard. To customize the keyboard you need to use the online Keyboard Launcher (https://launcher.keychron.com/). That website says that only Chrome, Edge & Opera are supported if you're using Firefox.

when i go to my website on firefox it says "Secure Connection Failed" but it loads fine on safari. i've never seen it do this before. Is this a firefox issue?

First off I have always used Firefox as my default browser... better than all the rest. For the last week I've been working on a project on ChatGPT and have multiple times dragged and dropped a screenshot directly into the chat until today... now it gives me a red warning label at the top that says that this browser does not support import of jpeg, png, heic... but I've been doing it all week. Has there a change? How do I keep doing this? And now it won't even allow me to add an image here.

Ever since I updated to 153, the FedEx website goes unresponsive after it pulls up a tracking number: I have to force quit Firefox to get out of this problem. No other website that I use has this issue. Everything else works just fine. What could be the issue here?

I am unable to log in to Facebook. I enter my email and password (both correct) then another page comes up asking me to log in. I click on log in and a verification page appears and disappears before I can click the "I'm not a robot" button. It then gets stuck in an endless loop. Incidentally, it keeps trying to log me in on a Facebook business page. What's that all about? Grrr.

For the last 2 months, my Google docs on Firefox have basically become unusable. It won't let me access them or edit them or move them. It keeps saying I'm disconnected even though I'm not. I have updated my settings a million times, cleared cache, re-installed Firefox and sacrificed goats. Nothing is working. If this keeps up, I will not be able to use this browser at all, because most of my clients require me to work in shared Google docs.

When I use Facebook with my Firefox browser the site just has to many issues. The site keeps hanging up and just sort of stalls out when I try to access messages and notifications that I download from the site. I took the suggestion of clearing my cache. That did nothing. Clearing my history didn't make a difference either. Being this problem doesn't happen with Chrome or Safari, it must be a Firefox problem. So, what more can I do to make using Facebook with Firefox a better experience? Sure would appreciate help.
