Today following a brief power outage I was no longer able to sign in to AOL with Firefox on my desktop computer. I am able to sign in to all other apps with no problem. I tried clearing my cache, restarted Firefox, restarted my computer and spent 30 minutes on remote desktop access assistance with AOL trying to fix the problem with no success. I can log in to my account using Chrome on the desktop computer and can log in with no problem using my Android phone but can't log in using my desktop computer with Firefox. I've verified that my Firefox version is updated. I am running Windows 11 Pro.

I would greatly appreciate any helpful advice.

We have a intranet site that works in Edge and Chrome without issues with the site added to "internet options". But for some reason we are getting 401 Unauthorized when trying to access it from Firefox. I have tried adding the urls to: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-proxies: true network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-non-fqdn: true network.auth.force-generic-ntlm: false network.auth.force-generic-ntlm-v1: false

Ingocnito mode , same error. I have tried disabling all plugins. Disabled DNS over HTTPS.

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. The website opens normally in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and on mobile devices, but some users have reported that it either loads very slowly or does not open correctly in Mozilla Firefox.

I have already checked:

SSL certificate Website hosting DNS settings Cache and cookies Mobile responsiveness

However, the issue still seems to occur for some Firefox users.

The website belongs to Avenue Billing Services, and the issue seems inconsistent. Some users can submit forms without any problems, while others experience submission failures or no response after clicking the submit button.

I am running Windows 11 Pro and Firefox 147. Beginning the second week of Feb, Chase bank will not allow me to log into their system. They say I have to have Windows 10 or higher and Firefox 128. I am running 147. What else can I do?

I could not get into my Fidelity Investments account today. (I signed up last week using same computer w/Firefox) I got to the login page but Fidelity gave me a "can't complete at this time, try again" notice. So I called them up and they suggested I use chrome. I don't want to use chrome. I tried reentering with the VPN off and on. No go.

Since Firefox's previous update, I am no longer able to log into my bank account. I have done everything suggested in the help menu. I've cleared cookies, etc. What changed overnight? I can go to Chrome and long in just fine. Just not in Firefox. Any suggestions?

I am encountering more and more websites with problems they attribute to Firefox. Many of them recommend using Chrome or Edge and some insist upon it or they will no longer support problems. Direct TV will no longer work with Firefox at all and they will not fix it. Several of my other regular websites will work partially, but have pages that simply will not work with Firefox. I have resisted using Chrome or Edge for years but it is getting harder and harder to do as on line systems continue to have problems with Firefox and their only suggestion is to use Chrome (which works when Firefox doesn't). Any ideas/suggestions?

I have a Wordpress.org blog. In the past few months, Firefox has developed a conflict with my site. I can no longer save posts in draft or publish mode. Similarly, it will not autosave or save a post revision. When I try to do so, the homepage displays instead of the post edit page. Also, when I try to use the WP image functionality I can upload the image to my server, but it fails to insert it into the post edit box. I can 'manually insert the code and the image will display.

Troubleshoot mode, clearing the cache did not work. But I could perform all these functions in private mode. I can't figure out whether this is a browser issue or a WP issue or a conflict between the two.

I have none of these problems in Chrome.

Librarything website has suddenly become so slow to load in Firefox it's unuseable. I've cleared cookies and site data. It used to work fine. Other sites work fine. It opens fast in Chrome. I turned off adblocker and Ghostery and Firefox enhanced protection.

I have no idea what happened!!!🤬 YouTube is normal on Internet Explorer(or WHATEVER it's called now!) But ALL OF A SUDDEN YESTERDAY I have to scroll all over the place on the page to find what I'm looking for in videos!! For the past two days I haven't been able to get past the recaptcha on several sites (Facebook, Instagram). I have tried all the workarounds other users have provided and what Google has offerd to no avail. I'm also having a difficult time accessing my hotmail acct from Firefox as well. I don't seem to have this issue with either of these problems if I move to a different browser. Firefox has always been my main (and only) browser, yet more and more often I seem to have issues anymore. What the F is going on? Would appreciate any help I can get. Again, I've tried removing Ad Blockers from these sites and even turned off the 'Enhanced Tracking' thing on the address bar; none of this works.

One of my bookmarked website (www.athletic.net) stopped loading text or graphics this morning. When I go to the site, all I see is a blank page.

I downloaded Google Chrome and can see the webpage loads properly. I also checked with my anti-virus (Bitdefender) and worked with their customer support to make sure their recent update was not causing the problem.

I have tried clearing the cache, rebooting the computer and other recommendations from the Firefox support site but the blank page problem persists. I have the most recent Firefox version 151.0.2 so am not sure what is causing the problem.

Firefox will not allow signin to OptumRx, a well known pharmaceutical supplier. Simply doesn't work with their system, which uses login.gov. When I tried with MS Edge, NO problem!

bold text I suddenly cannot see my email page I'm trying to open. Other pages open well, and in other browsers I can open this email page, but on Firefox, my email page doesn't open. It's blank. I recently cleared some things to make space. What could I have done to make this happen?
