I was receiving Directv content on Mozilla Firefox for months without issue. Suddenly it stopped completely and left a message "We couldn't play this content at this time". I don't understand why this happened or how to fix it. I want to do all my browsing with Mozilla Firefox so I need help. It would be truly excellent if I could speak to a human about this issue. Please.

Hi, for some time now I've been having problems with Mozilla Firefox, nothing is heard in YouTube, I reinstalled it but still the same problem, in Google Chrome the sound works, what can I do? And this is from the latest update.

Since last update i'm unable to browse websites like youtube, social media and all other websites with video content. Video often fails to load,the wholewebsite is not loading, freezes while played or while exiting full screen mode. All of these freezes the browser - the site cannot be refreshed, links does not work. The only way is to close the tab with the freezed page or kill the Firefox process in windows Task Manager. Refreshing, re-installing, deleting or using different profile don't work. Same with add-ons. Seems like the issue lies within the browser and it started to appear since last update.

I want to play m3u8 link but they always download and save it. I try to find advance settings but it seems no settings for it. How can I stop download specific file extension? And if it can play, play it? Thank you.

Suddenly no audio when using Firefox. Only setting I can find says audio is allowed from all websites. There are no websites listed on that settings page. Audio works fine using other browsers. Any thoughts?

Unable to play a video on Hulu with my own Hulu account, which I have had no issues in the past doing, even with all my ad blockers and trackers enabled (Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, AdBlocker Ultimate, Ghostery, and Malwarebytes). I have tried disabling all of the above extensions, refreshing the website and still no luck. I have also followed the instructions Hulu guides me to via a link on the screen (see attached screenshot) to their help page https://help.hulu.com/article/hulu-power-cycle?utm_source=hulu&utm_medium=error-message&utm_campaign=video-02 None of these have helped either. My internet speed is fine, I checked it through 3 different internet speed testers to verify Also checked my Wifi signal through our Google Home portal. I've searched online for solutions and haven't found anything new to help or in the Mozilla Support forum. My computer/laptop is up to date on all updates and software. Appreciate any support, thank you!

why do videos opened in new tabs have an audio delay before the sound comes on? this is a recent phenomenon. So, when I right click a video and click 'open in new tab' when the video starts the audio is delayed 2 to 3 seconds. normally there is no audio lag. this has been happening for perhaps two weeks now. is it related to a setting? I recently adjusted the security and privacy settings.

I have 2 problems after changing my computer

1) After upgrading my graphics card to a newer 5070 RTX series model, I'm seeing artifacts at low resolutions (~720p). I reinstalled the drivers using DDU, but that didn't help. I only have the problem with Firefox - I tried another browser, and it doesn't have the same issue. (screen image)

2) This problem is more complicated. When watching videos on YouTube, Netflix, or other sites, I experience slight image stuttering, as if Firefox is chopping frames (the sound continues), but a small amount of image stuttering appears.

I reinstalled the system and replaced the motherboard with a Z790 MSI.

When I play the video locally on my computer, there's no problem. I play it in Chrome or Edge, but I can't see it.

In Firefox, the video stutters slightly, about 0.5/1 second. YouTube stats show that I'm dropping frames at random times; sometimes it's 2 frames per 20,000, and sometimes it's 150 frames per 7,500.

I reinstalled the system twice, the drivers are up to date, and the software is also up to date. And I still get the error. I don't know how to fix it.

how do I get sound on firefox? I mean, I have other browsers that I can listen to music with or watch youtube on, but firefox won't do it for me. I'm working on win 11 and with the latest firefox

After a Windows 11 update my Firefox browser no longer has any audio. The sound is turned all the way up in the Sound Mixer and I have no Bluetooth devices connected. After it initially happened I connected my Bluetooth earbuds and it worked for a few minutes before it too lost audio.

I have audio on all my other applications.

subtitles appearing on all YouTube content, even though subtitles turned off. I have toggled the cc button and also subtitles in settings with no luck. The cc box does work to turn subtitles in not YouTube videos.

I cannot get audio to play on the browser. I've gone into settings and the default says that audio should be on for all websites. However, Youtube, facebook, instagram, etc., won't play audio. Audio plays on other browsers (Chrome, Edge). what must I do to get audio working?
