At some point recently, a 'Profiles tab has appeared in my menu bar. Presumably this arrived during an update. I don't want it, keep accidentally clicking on it instead of bookmarks & want it gone. How do I remove it?

cut and paste not working on one box on ebay listing page!

ebay sell an item. opened page appears with boxes of which one is called description. This week, the cut and paste will no longer work on that box. It works on every other box on that page! Ebay say its not them.

My browser was recently updated to 150.0.2, and on the new launch page after update describing new features, it prompted me that the new free mozilla vpn was available to try. When I clicked on the link to follow the steps to set it up, it said to click the vpn icon in the toolbar, but I don't see that icon there. When I go to more tools -> customize toolbar to try to find that icon to add it back, it doesn't appear among the toolbar options. Is this something I still don't have access to because it's in a limited beta, or is there some other way I should be accessing this?

I have dark reader installed, it makes every website dark mode quite efficiently.

However, it cannot make *.mozilla.org dark because those are restricted pages that addons cannot modify.

Even though I have enabled "restricted pages" in dark mode, it does not work.

I have all the location settings I can find on my Firefox browser, google, and device turned off, but the new firefox weather widget still had my hometown as the default location, which is is not the same location as my IP address. And when I went to buy a book online through Thriftbooks with a guest account the address line autofilled with addresses in my hometown. I do not have any addresses saved to autofill. Where is this information being stored and how do I get rid of it?? Is there something in about:config I can shut off or disable?

I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

How do I stop this page from coming up several times a day. I have already set FireFox as my default browser, several times, but to no avail. I've careful followed your instructions. I dislike MS and have used FF for years. If this doesn't stop, I'll search for another browser that hopefully behave. I have set it on 4 computers, 2 Win 10, 2 Win 11.

By the way, the computers show FireFox twice, but only one actual installation.

Greetings and Good evening Windows was reset on 03/06/2026 due to problem. Option chosen was removal of Apps only No data was removed When Mozila was opened on 03/06/2026,It had all data since 2021. It was already registered with -removed-@gmail.com. Still history and bookmarks from 2021 were not restored. On 02/06/2026,0ne drive back up was also initiated. Please guide me as how to restore this.

Can I not turn it on because of where I am? When I click get started on the VPN extension it opens a tab saying I signed in successfully but when I go to turn it on, there's no toggle switch and just tells me to get started again. It's making me go in a circle with it.

I have lost access to the primary email on the account. I have 2fa setup on the account and I have backup recovery codes. When I go to add another email it sends a code to the primary email, which has no access. Is there a way to use either 2fa or backup codes instead of the code sent to primary email?

Trying to sync Firefox to my mobile device. I get to this point where Firefox on my computer says:

Enter authentication code to continue to account settings Open your authentication app and enter the authentication code it provides.

It wants a 6 digit code. But I don't have an authentication app. How can I set one up for Firefox to sync to my mobile device?
