When I chose ebay.com the cursor in the tab just keeps going back and forth but never completes the page sign on. After 3 days of the same result, I tried using MS Edge and it worked loading the sign on page and I put in my ID and PW but it sensed I was a "new" computer and wanted me to call ebay to process the "new" computer usage. I didn't want to change to Edge, so I just stopped the process and chose to write to you to get FF "fixed" to keep using as usual.

Firefox regularly prevents me from adding attachments to my mail in Gmail. I know the problem is with Firefox because i will have to switch to Chrome and it will work fine. It also sometimes - but not always - fixes it to close Firefox and reopen it, but then it just happens again and again, and I don't like to have to do that - I will usually be on deadline with multiple windows I need to have open. I have a MacBook Air. This has been going on for a while - I've tried reinstalling and everything. It's become so frustrating I'm close to having to stop using Firefox altogether, which I would prefer not to do. The must be some bug that can be fixed. Please Help!

I had an update of Firefox within the past 2 weeks, in it it said that there was a new feature dealing with PDF conversion using the brower. I may be mixed up on this, and I thought that I had saved the information, but finding it now is not working for me. I was hoping to finally fix some forms/documents that I have so they can be used once again. Can you help? Dan

Is there some way to recommend an extension that's available in the Chrome Web Store but not available for Firefox? It's the only one I've found anywhere that does this, particular job.

Beanote will allow a sticky note to be made *anywhere* on a web page -- not in a sidebar -- and it will stay right where you want it. Or you can move it. Also, if there are tabs within a portion of that webpage, it will bleed through transparently to all of them. If you want to add it to another of these tabs, you just click on it and you can move it anywhere you'd like; again, it will stay there.

I frequently open a web page, start filling in a dialog, switch to another tab to gather evidence, then return to the original dialog. In the past few days, I have experienced the loss of my input into the dialog. Indeed just now when I started searching help, added my question, then was moved to a replacement page to log in, I returned to the question to find it deleted. Earlier today when I had spent ca 15 minutes composing a reply to contribution in a Google discussion group, the same thing happened.

Is there someone in Moxilla who considers that my contributions are really worth deleting, and spends days waiting to pounce on my messages?

Is this a consequence of the new Firefox security system (whose name I cannot check for fear of losing this text along with the previous ones)?

Up until sometimes before Urdu language words were properly displaying in my Firefox browser but no more. They now appear as individual characters instead of properly formed word. please help me to see the Urdu words as before.

I updated Firefox to 111.0(64-bit) this morning. My push notification from sites I allow started running through Windows notifications instead just popping up like normal. I read an article that said I could disable this feature through Windows Settings and the push notifications would start showing up like they used to. Unfortunately after I did this I stopped getting push notifications at all. Would have left it to go through Windows notification but it makes an annoying sound every time I got a notification and that got old fast. I just want push notifications back like they used to be.

I run Firefox on Windows 10.

I am an 86 y/o programmer with poor eyesight. I wrote my first program in 1960 and am learning html,javascript,php and sqlite. I frequently want my browser to 'forget' but in 150% enlargement the forget window doesn't fit on my screen and if i scroll down on the page i lose the popup, so i have to back out to windows (10) set my viewing to 100% and do it over. Suggestion: reduce the size of the pop-up and put the 'forget' button on the top. Are all the little icons necessary? I cant change any of them. And is the time frame necessary? i always choose '24 hrs'. IMO you only need a 'really?' pop-up to the forget button push and then wipe it all out. Hey, I'm running Arch Linux (fwiw, KDE). Some websites seem to have a problem displaying some fonts properly (see attached screenshot). Tried anything I could find online, didn't help. Most sites display normal smooth font. Konqueror and Falkon don't seem to have this problem.

My history kinda crashed.

When clicking "History" on left top corner its empty. I know that the data still somewhere exists because after I click Ctrl+H the side bar appears and there is whole history. But I can't reach it traditionally as before. I'm afraid my history can disappear and I want two things:

1 make my history come back to the normal place (the list on left top corner) 2 make a backup history file somewhere

cannot see eBay "place bid" field using Firefox 111.0.1 with MacOS Monterey 12.6.3. I can see it when I use Safari and Opera. And I can see it using other versions of MacOS on other computers.

Firefox 111.0.1 (64-bit) on MacBook M1 Pro running Ventura 13.2.1

Cannot enter URL in the address book. When I hit return nothing happens. This happens even with no extensions installed, however, it works in a private window.

Any advice?

when I right click on the Firefox desk top icon and slide down to property, for example, The resulting display is so small it is unreadable....can you help me with thi problem?...thanks Jerry.

WTF?! You guys do not even have a technical support category?!?!??!

The latest update has broken ebay.com.au. It works fine in private mode. It WILL NOT WORK in troubleshooting mode. Works fine in other browsers on the same Windows 10 PC. Ive also tried disabling addons and extensions, and even Pocket, as well as browsing protection (the shield icon). It just sits there saying "transferring data from ".... the next bit varies, but usually says ebay.com.au, or sometimes a different page, but it NEVER COMPLETES.

I get that it might have trouble with unusual code, but WTF is with firefox not working with EBAY?!

I have made a few attempts in the past hour to change my email address BUT there is no option to do so ("edit" or change") on the change page. How do I go about making the change; I currently use [edited] 5@gmail.com. I want to change my email to: [edited] @proton.me. Thank you! Ross Gudgel

When I click on the Window tab in the Firefox menu, my website prayingwithmylegs[dot]com is only listed as "Mozilla Firefox" unlike all the other windows. This does not happen in Chrome, Safari or Opera.

Also, how do I get the Sidebar to not automatically open when I open my saved windows in Firefox? It wasn't doing that before.
