My problem just started today. I seem to have picked up some pop-ups one of them involving "trackjumpclick.com" another one tells me that my Java version is not up to date. I updated Java and still get this message. Any ideas on how to get rid of these things? Thanks in advance for any help.

I am using a laptop running Win 8, and I ALWAYS want to open Comcast with Firefox, which I set up to be my default browser. But after creating a shortcut icon to the Comcast URL on Firefox, Comcast still opens with IE. I can't find where anyone else has reported this exact same problem, which is very frustrating. Please help!

I opened firefox, it was an upgrade to version 33.1 and all the bookmarks and saved passwords have gone. Now if I restart it is going to upgrade to version 33.1.1. This is the first upgrade in a few years that has lost the bookmarks and saved passwords. Windows 8.1.

When I go to sites to view ie;25 breathtaking photos, half the vewing area is taken up by advertising ie:swfity,so I have to keep moving the screen to view the photo I want to see ,and Istill don't get the whole thing .

I am having a bit of a situation.. I download some files like subs for movies etc and instead of going on desktop they are goin to Appdata/Temp... how do i change that ?

i've backed up my iphone 4 with itunes but can't find my contacts, i'm told that they will be stored on my browser somehow but this means nothing to me, can anyone explain please?

After a little while of using my firefox browser the pointer will no longer work. I have to open a separate page using IE which I do not like to do. If I try to click on drop down boxes for choices of anything it just simply will not do anything.

I am not sure where the problem lies. If it's the game, or Firefox or my computer and I have no way of finding out, well I don't know how. I have updated all my plug ins, my java. It just stays stuck there and never loads. I have contacted Zynga about this but have not gotten a reply. Are you having any issues about this? The game is Farmville2. This one and Farm Hero Saga as well just stays stuck there but runs in the other browsers. I hate the other browsers so I am unsure as to what to do.

every time I click while using Firefox the page goes to power by info or multiple tabs open up and I have to close them all down to get back to where I started then click again. Do you know how to fix this

go to my bank statement and I click on the one that I want go to view statement and goes to a different tab and all it says is about blank and that is it

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported.

Prior to todays update I did have a personal tool bar which allowed me to have immediate access to sever or eight internet sites. This tool bar is no longer available. Please advise.

Yesterday my firefox failed to properly properly display text and the menu bar on a message board. It still properly loads all other message boards and google, opera and IE browsers also properly load this message board.

I have updated to the latest version of firefox, uninstalled and installed a fresh version of firefox and also updated windows 8.1 and rebooted the computer. I've also cleared cache, cookies and restarted firefox. Also, have checked and unchecked the "use hardware acceleration" box with no result. Also, have updated the graphics driver and still no positive result.

Please advise any suggestions for proper display of text on message board.

When we open a page in Internet Explorer the folder tree on the left is collapsed by default. When we open it in Firefox it is expanded. We want to have it default to collapsed in Firefox. I've attached snips of the same tree in both IE and Firefox.
