Hyatt.com can be loaded on other browsers but not on Firefox. There is just a blank page with no error message. There is an archived thread on support.mozilla.or called "hyatt.com". The suggested solutions don't work or are too complicated. So please solve the problem. And STOP archiving threads that are still an unsolved problem! Am using Win8.1 and auto-updating Firefox.

"https://www.tiktok.com/live/" freezes after few minutes of usage and activity monitor shows "FirefoxCP Isolated Web Content" using over 100% CPU

I haven't been able to login with MFA on my uni website and also make purchases using credit cards on commercial sites.

I have tried Troubleshooting mode and the problem persists. Switching to Opera browser showed normal functionality.

I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox when attempting to visit the website https://proroofingcontractorgreenville.com/. The website won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a technical glitch, incompatibility with certain browsers, or anything the browser may be obstructing.

Has anyone else had this problem or has advice on how to fix it? I've tried removing extensions and cleaning the cache on my browser, but the issue still exists.

Any advice or tips on how to navigate the website more easily would be much valued. I'm grateful for your support in advance.

On my MacOS 10.15.7 system I upgraded from 125.0.2 to FF 126.0 this afternoon. When I started the new version of FF and acknowledged the "downloaded app OK" dialog all the tabs opened as expected except for WordsWithFriends (on Facebook). WWF draws the full board just fine but then throws a less than descriptive error message: "an error occurred. Please refresh." That is an infinite loop as it will return the same error no matter how many times retry is pressed. I logged out of FB and back in, just in case. No change. FB pages show fine, btw. Closed 126.0 and tried downgrading back to 125.0.2. That version with no longer load (or any of the previous four I had on hand). Consumes 100% of the CPU for about six minutes and then changes to Unresponsive in the Activity Monitor. WWF works fine in Safari and Chrome for what that is worth.

Since Firefox update to 126.0 yesterday, any video I try to view from the Eurosport website has lost about the top third of the video. Prior to the update, I didn't have this problem with viewing the videos in Firefox, and if I access the website and videos using the MS Edge browser, the videos display correctly. See screen shots below from Firefox and Edge.

I'm a university student using a website called canvas to access my uni information and work. Today, whenever I would open a module, the page wouldn't load, meaning that I couldn't access that information at all (refreshing, restarting, and completely turning off my computer did not help). I can access these pages when I checked with microsoft edge, similarly I could access these pages when I accessed them with my laptop (also using Mozilla). The main difference between my pc and laptop is that I had just, today, updated my PC to the latest windows update (2024-05 cumulative update for windows 11 version 23H2 for x64-based systems). I'm not entirely sure if it's a Mozilla problem, but im guessing that something funky is happening to my browser with the latest windows update. I have attached pictures to show whats happening / not happening .

Hi everyone

I've experienced a problem with Firefox on the Metacritic-Website. As you can see on the attached picture on the left, it's not possible to set a filter for "release date". There's no problem when I use Chrome (see picture on the right). The problem still persists when I start Firefox in safe-mode, so it's not related to an extension. I could replicate the problem on another system as well. Firefox on iOS has no problem setting the filter however. Do you know what the problem could be?

Firefox is unable to search for any new website. It will open any website I have used before but if I do a search for something new, the tab trembles and nothing happens. No search. No results.

Hello, I've already contacted you because of a problem that I encounter with the functioning of my browser that cracked without explanation. The problem was that I was working on inpravate navigation and I can't find back the internet pages that I was watching. I don't know if there is a possibility to reach them back and I'm afraid I'll can't get them if I turn my computer of.

I need a quick answer because I'm afraid that my computer could crash because it's lit since a while.

I tried to download a copy of my personal website, Firefox says it has an invalid certificate because https was personally added. Website is with Bowker Identifiers. No problem opening at Bowker. Firefox would accept no form of the URL as being valid.

So then I signed into Mozilla to complain using my gmail account. It appears it is assumed I am opening a new Mozilla account because when I went to add a second email address for security purposes, it says the account already exists - it does! That was the account I accessed using Google to sign in!

Now I will not renew my authorhomepage website because if I cannot access it from my own account with Firefox, who can? Who accesses it regardless of the browser they are using? Very annoying because I will have lost a lot. Can you close out a user from accessing their own online stuff? Do I now have two Firefox account because I updated information?

Some websites must log in again after reopening Firefox, like www.baidu.com of China. I didn't clear the cookies and histories when I closed the browser, and other sites like Google didn't have this problem. I've tried removing all extensions, that didn't fix the problem. This problem does not occur using other browsers.

This started recently, after I installed the latest upgrade of Firefox and the video downloader. Not happening on Safari or DuckDuckGo. I suspect they have spotted I am using Firefox and are lying about the connection problem. Any suggestions welcome. thanks!

A certain set of plaintext files are rendered in a weird way when opened in Firefox.

Some plaintext files are rendered "MS Gothic", which is the default monospace font for plaintext files in Japanese encoding. (Also, if I change font.name-list.monospace.ja to "monospace", the font changes).

However, the files are not in Japanese encoding, they do not contain a single character in Japanese encoding. Since the files are local, they have no HTTP headers to determine the encoding, so Firefox must have guessed the encoding somehow. How can I stop firefox from detecting those files as Japanese while they are not?

Also, I noticed that this issue happens only with long files. The shorter a file, the less likely it is that Firefox renders the file as if it had Japanese encoding.

Since I cannot reproduce the issue with smaller files and the files contain confidential information, I am unable to provide a minimal reproducer.

As a workaround, I could change font.name-list.monospace.ja, but this would change (potentially break) rendering of Japanese websites.

I'm using Firefox 124.0.1 on Windows 10, although this issue has been present for at least some months (at least 4 firefox releases).

The screenshot shows an excerpt where the text "C:\Temp\2024-" is partially rendered with Japanese glyphs and fully rendered with "MS Gothic" font which is hard to read with ASCII characters.

I want my websites content to be remove in reader mode in firefox how i can acheive this.

I am a developer and i am using one div in which i have content and images in that i dont want to fetch them in reader mode.

I am experiencing more and more pages suddenly not working on numerous websites. I am working with an Imac running OS 10.9.5. I am experiencing problems with Firefox, Chrome and Safari and am having to revert to my Microsoft Lap top for a working browser.

Any ideas on this???
