why can't I restore bookmarks. All solutions will not work "unable to process file". This happen mid secession.The restore dates are there but i get unable to precess file

I wish to transfer my bookmarks, acreued over a number of years from a laptop to a new device on Windows 11, currently they are not seeing each other on file explorer but I have an external drive which I can use to transfer files

In Polish translation. My tabs were thrown out after the storm that took place in Poland. I have security and the like. Second browser Opera. Everything is saved. I don't know why I can't restore the data.

Late yesterday, all my bookmarks disappeared. Whenever Firefox ask me to update, I do. Please advise if they are stored anywhere from which I can retrieve them. Probably close to a thousand.

Microsoft's Windows11 upgrade removed all Bookmarks, history and passwords. I tried ALL their 'resolutions' Now they claim this is a browser issue. So, can you help?

Dell just installed the Win 11Pro and a new security system on my PC. My Bookmarks disappeared. Can you help? The Recover Bookmarks instructions don't work, or I'm not following the instructions.

I reinstalled Windows 11 Pro and I tried to login to Firefox Sync with a Mozilla account and it did not restore my bookmarks properly . Can You please help me with this ? I do want to access all my information .

Hi, I unwittingly reset my password without using a recovery key just now. My account had one recovery key in use but I completely forgot where I put it and I overrode it by skim reading through the warning before changing my password because I didn't remember it.

Thing is, prior to performing a clean re-install of my laptop, I didn't backup my appdata folder containing my firefox profile. The latest backup I have is from three months ago. I might be able to lay hands on my recovery key later today, but I need to know whether there is ANY hope of accessing that data on a server somewhere or if it's been wiped, definitively. I'm very upset because I had like a few hundred tabs and bookmarks.

Придется вам как-то перевести самостоятельно то что написала на английский. Зачем писать что при обновлении все будет сохранено, если после обновления, половина окон на восстановилась и история предыдущих посещений пропала.? и как мне теперь все это восстановить обратно?'

New Firefox update from yesterday has wiped out ALL bookmarks and appear irretrievable.

This happened once before but I was able to restore them.

This time, every bookmark folder is empty - restoring history seems to be available but only goes back to early today.
