Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! I try to exclude all DNS-Entries from the proxy which contain the word "mind", so for example mindTest or TestMind or TestMindTest. Therefore I treied several patterns like:

Sadly non of those work for the url https://mindTest If I just exlclude the ips behind those names it does not work either. But if i exclude the whole word like mindTest it works. Can you provide me help? I am using version: 70.0.1 (64-bit) for Ubuntu

Hello,
Our team has noticed some inside to outside connections to the torproject.org network on a base install of Firefox 70. I cannot find any documentation on why this might be occurring other than the fact the the tor project and Mozilla have a fairly strong collaboration effort. Does anyone have information on what exactly is making these connections, I want to make sure it's all legitimate of course.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Which has been done but through FireFox I can visit site I desire unlike Edge... Is there something I'm doing wrong? Please don't allow my child to suffer with Edge.
To elaborate further on Edge if I go to XXXXX.com I will receive an notification if my son requests access to that site. However, I do not get this with Firefox.
There are no configuration settings I can find in firefox to force it to use Prefer:Safe or rely on Microsoft Family. I do realize their plug-ins and dns methods to this, I do not want to pursue this as of now.

I've added TPM2 PKCS11 Security Module to Preferences > Privacy & Security > Security Devices > Load however the Status of the module is "Disabled" while all the others are "Ready".
I'm not able to determine why the module is disabled. Possibly my profile disallows it or the module is failing to initialize.

I am developing a pkcs11 module for Firefox to authenticate using SSL and a smartcard, and I was wondering how to change the "password required" dialog box for collecting a pin to notifying an user to use the biometric reader, rather than entering a pin on the keyboard. I can handle the operations of collecting the print through the device and authenticating using PKCS11 but this will need to start at the pin dialog level.

Hi since upgrade to 70.0.1 (linux) I am having difficulty connecting to our corporate captive portal. Its detecting the portal and prompting me to accpet the risks and continue. But clicking the button to continue does nothing. Just sits on same page. I saw a post about the new captive portal features and to go into about:config and look for network.captive-portal-service.enabled and setting it to false, but seems a bit extreme to expect users to do this. As a work around I open up chromium and log in that way.

When I go to 1.1.1.1/help for DNS over HTTPS confirmation it says DOH no. This issue started in Nov-26-2019 and is still not working for the YYZ area. My ISP is Vmedia inc and I am wondering if the problem is due there network as they currently Dec-10-2019 have a DNS problem.
If I go to other networks DNS over https is yes so I know it is not my device. Also if I check Firefox about:networking#dns TRR is true for all sites meaning DOH is working.
Is anyone in the Toronto, Canada area also having this issue?

I set it to always start in private browsing on a Mac. For some sessions, I would like to start the browser where the history IS kept on the computer. When I try to go and turn off private browsing in the "Tools" menu, the "Stop Private Browsing" menu is grayed out (i.e. unable to click it).
Basically, I want a reverse to the original function (i.e. I want it to always be in private browsing EXCEPT for certain times instead of the original never in private browsing EXCEPT for certain times).
