I have been using Mozilla Firefox browser since 2008 but today I came to know that mozilla does not care about its user. Recently, adware attack on my PC which automatically install plugin in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer

Plugin name CutThePrice which keep generating advertise while surfing. Thank God I found Adware removal tool which is developed by https://toolslib.net/

After scanning a report has been generated this tool has remove CutThePrice plugin from my Firefox and everything is working fine.

I have complain with Mozilla for Firefox browser how could you allow unwanted plugin to automatically get installed on the browser. I don't care about Chrome and Internet Explorer as they are most vulnerable browser crash always whenever I play youtube video or play flash online game. But, I have trust on Firefox since firefox does not consume that much RAM as google update in the background keep using PC memory and this security concern is the biggest drawback for using FireFox

It is the responsibility of developer of Firefox browser to don't allow plugin automatically get install if the plugin does not have publishing certificate or plugin unauthorized.

Please fix it so that at least people could save their life !

I often have many tabs up at a time, and will sometimes want one from position 8 to be moved to position 2. Normally, I would just click and drag 8 over to the 2 spot, but now I click and try to drag and nothing happens. I ca click and drag on my desktop, and the scrollbar, and everything else, but when I click on an active tab in Firefox now it just does nothing.

I wish a screenshot would help, but it can really only be seen as it happens (or doesn't happen, as the case may be).

Hello everyone. When I use Microsoft Edge I don't have this problem, but I prefer Firefox. In Firefox I cannot play any playlists at all. The first video plays but nothing after, and the playlist interface (top right side of screen) appears as an empty grey box. It also happens that some individual videos either don't play at all or stop somewhere. To fix that I just have to keep refreshing the page and eventually the video might play to the end. This makes it impossible to work while listening to music, I have to only listen when I am there and can click the videos manually. Please help me to find a solution. I have: Windows 10 No Adobe Flash Player (if I ever attempt to download it Firefox blocks my attempts and Microsoft Edge keeps saying I already have it) HTML5 Player instead P.S. I have been stopped from adding screenshots to this post. And the error message disappeared so fast I couldn't even read it.

Well that's great!

Mozilla's text window only allows for 1000 characters, but the dump that FireFox just produced is bigger than that. I saved it as a text file, and wanted to attach it - but only image files are allowed.

How should I proceed? FireFox will only stay up for a couple of minutes, then it crashes and gives a dump. Is it time to look for another browser?

Mij.

Hello! I am russian speaking man, so, sorry for "slang". It is not a question but a proposal, which I personally, and I think many users need it. it sounds like " downloading files from sites into separate folders", i think it's good to have opportunity add a directive that would set up a way to download a specific site.

P.s. again sorry for "slang"

with respect

I used to have ad blocker plus and it worked great. The icon was on the tool bar. Two days ago I upgraded to Firefox version 45 and ad blocker plus disappeared. I've tried to reinstall it, and when doing so I'm getting a message that says Firefox is blocking it--and it asks me if I want to "allow" it. I click "allow", the run bar completes and it says that ad blocker plus is installed. But it doesn't appear on the tool bar nor do the ads stop appearing. Pretty annoying. Is there anything I can do to get ad blocker plus working with this version of Firefox? Thanks.

When using Outlook (Hotmail) Firefox is slow and I frequently get a "not responding" message when executing any click mouseclick (i.e forward, send etc.). I'm using Win 10 and this problem seems to have occurred after a recent Outlook update. I've tried a Firefox Reset with no fix. I'm tempted to delete and re-install Firefox, but would like to know how to save my bookmarks.

My history now goes back only several days. My bookmarks look fully intact with 154 items. I went into %APPDATA%/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/places.sqlite. The file was created 5 years ago and is 10 megs big. Yet it only goes back 7 days.

I cannot find previous versions. The only other places.sqlite CORRUPT I can find is from October 2015.

The only thing that happened a week or so ago was a brief problem solved by rebooting computer where shortcuts were requring me to run them as administrator(right click) to connect to programs.

Thoughts?? Ideas??
