I need to install Firefox in this computer. Is not working, I need this to play my Farmville2 is still no work. Please do something, I need this. att. Raquel R Orlang

All his bookmarks and saved passwords were merged into my Firefox account and deleted from his laptop when I signed in from my PC. Is there any way to undo this and return/restore the settings on his laptop?

Firefox is the only browser that I cannot load a site.

With firefox I get: Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to licensing.nypdonline.org. Peer’s Certificate has been revoked.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

All other browsers see the site as OK

Since the latest upgrade (I now have Firefox 105.0.1) I can't upload many web pages on Firefox. If I close Firefox then open it again, the site usually loads. However, I have to repeat the process for other sites. I'm spending all my time closing and opening Firefox. Can anyone help? The problem has only arisen over the last few days.

Yesterday, my laptop was functioning without difficulty. Today, when I logged into Windows 10, instead of my usual profile/desktop appearing, a default profile/desktop appeared.

I performed a system restore using the most recent restore point (two days ago). The system restore completed successfully and upon restart and login, my usual profile/desktop appeared.

However, my installation of Firefox no longer completely exists. In the C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox directory, many of the files that customarily exist no longer appear, including firefox.exe.

Most certainly, I do not want to lose any of my bookmarks, open tabs, or custom settings that I have established in my Firefox over many years of use. What would be the best way for me to restore Firefox on my laptop, while preserving all of my bookmarks, open tabs, custom settings, etc?

Would a simple reinstall of Firefox accomplish this task, without my losing any of my bookmarks, open tabs, custom settings, etc? Or, is there something else that I should do?

I would sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding this problem. Thank you!

I am unable to login to my Network Solutions email using my FIREFOX browser (which is my "go to" browser). I can login on MICROSOFT EDGE but I do all my personal and business activity on FIREFOX.

Please tell me how to fix this. I am a PC, not a mac. If i leave gmail for an instant, I have to go through a long routine to get back in. I do check the box that says remember me on this computer. This does not happen on my phone. I love Firefox and don't want to use another browser.

Firefox will no longer load. Task manager shows it is running, but nothing comes up on screen. All of this seemed to have started when I downloaded Thunderbird, which I have also deleted off the computer. That is the only thing I have downloaded on this computer. I have noticed a white box appears on screen, bottom right corner every time I try to open Firefox. Nothing is in the box. I have deleted and reinstalled the software. Nothing seems to work.

My system is Windows 10

In JavaScript I did addEventListener('storage', ...), and it's working fine as long as I use localStorage.setItem(), .removeItem(), or .clear(). However, when I use the "Clear Data..." button under "Settings | Privacy and Security" it seems the event does not fire. I noticed that in Chrome the corresponding settings option to clear all data does fire the storage listener, and this is the behavior I'm looking for.

I would like to set up different profiles for different purposes. I tried creating a new profile with the profile manager. When I opened the new profile in a new window, it asked me to sign in. After signing in, it synced all my bookmarks and settings from the default profile.

I then tried to edit the new profile by deleting the bookmarks that I don't need it to have. But this was then instantly synced to my default profile and I lost those bookmarks entirely.

So, I don't understand how to make separate profiles that have separate settings and bookmarks and whatnot. I would like to have different profiles that are all attached to the same account and can be used on multiple devices, but i don't want them to sync with one another. That seems to completely defeat the purpose of having multiple profiles (they all end up exactly the same).

I tried to get around this problem by creating an entirely new Firefox account, but then I get a message saying it will merge it's info with the account I just logged out of. This behavior makes no sense. Lets assume I have more than one user on a machine, and they each have their own account. If one logs off, and the other comes and logs in, now all their info gets lumped together?

I also tried to have two Firefox windows open, with one signed in and one not, but they mirror each other. So I can't work in multiple profiles or accounts on the same machine at the same time.

Back to the main question. I assume I am just using profiles wrong. How do I set it up so different profiles DO NOT sync with one another, but only with themselves across multiple devices.

Clicking to open a tab browsing usually results in about:blank appearing on the task bar. This always occurs in a gmail page. In addition, some websites are very slow to open.

Whenever I print my transfer transcript, it will always combine both the pages into one page. Using other browsers, I would be able to just print the first page but I do not have the option in Firefox. I would like to be able to just print the first page and not the combined page 1 and 2. Thank you.

Just wanted to say thank you for ruining my day, and my life all together with the new update (which installed itself without me asking) and now everything is gone and i have to memorize what tabs i was working with and open them one by one - moreover, I've disabled all the add-ons that block the ads so it's a very nice experience BESIDE firefox is still crashing. And on a side note, all my settings are gone and I'm trying to get it back to what it was before the update. Thank you.
