Hi Guys, I have been experiencing an issue for the past week where I get a blank white screen when trying to log into Outlook using Firefox. I can access my Outlook account without any problems on my iPhone and in the Brave browser, but Firefox just won't work it gives blank screen. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What could be causing it, and how can I fix it to prevent it from happening again?

In chrome, typing "wow" in the adress-bar automatically suggests wowhead.com/cata (yes.. I'm a wow gamer, sue me) and goes to that page as soon as I hit enter.. firefox doesn't/can't. Same goes for all other "most visited" pages to various sites.

Another example (still using the wowhead site as an example) I start typing "assa" and chrome immediatedly suggest "https://www.wowhead.com/cata/guide/classes/rogue/assassination/dps-bis-gear-pve" and will go to that page as soon as I hit enter, again, firefox can't/won't. Sure.. I can hit "tab", but that's an added key-press I really don't feel is nesseceary.

Is there a way to "fix" this?

Lately every time I use FireFox, it will crash. Also there is one web page, resortcams.com that Firefox will either crash or lock up my PC so that I have to reboot the PC. Using another browser, DuckDuckGO, I have no issues viewing this web page. I checked with resortcams and they found no issues on their end. This problem has just recently occurred, las t couple of months. I use MicroTrend as my antivirus and Microsoft Bing as my search engine. I am running Windows 10. My PC can not run Windows 11. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be. Thank you, Grant Olson

How can i access the side bar ai, i use it quite often for classes to make sure i'm getting things right and use it to get some ideas on how to make my notes but my old laptop had it and now this one wont let me access it at all. I need that sidebar to help me with school and it wont let me access with it. The article you provide says no way to activate it or how to download it.

Hello I have the latest v132.0 which i think is the latest, i do online banking, for the last 2 weeks sites like PG&E and other credit card sites saying that Firefox is not supported to use a different Browser, can you help with this matter

There are many common websites, e.g. Walmart, that I am not able to access on Firefox. I get the message "This site could be risky", but nothing happens when I select "Proceed Anyway".

When I click on a Google Books search result, I used to read it in Firefox. Now it is impossible, since a recent update. But I can do it in other browsers. The suggested May 2023 solution doesn't work for me.

This is the error page I get: "To protect your security, books.google.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."

Opening in a new window doesn't solve the problem.

I use the est edition of firefox 115.15.0 64bit and after the last update i can't change resolution to any youtube video. Why is that happening and how i can fix it?

If I clear cache and cookies on the site it clears it temporarily - but I really want a way to deal with it permanently!

I've edited the pop-ups so they are correct and they work on every other browser I've tried so it much be something saved on my firefox.

I've done the firefox refresh... I've taken FF off and redownloaded it... what else can I do - it's drving me nuts!?

I've also got problems with my Trello through FF since the last update but that's another matter.

There are three accounts I have to use regularly to pay bills.

On one of them (PG&E), FF is useless. Can't even log in.

On the two others, banners come up that say FF is unsupported. Both still usable for the moment, But the future....

I fear FF is going to become unusable/irrelevant in my work-flow in the near-term future if the trend in my skewed sample continues.

Opened the brower today, and it feels like my entire browser i flipped. Its not unusable, but my hard-coded default actions like going backwards and forwards being on the left, makes it VEEEEEERY hard to use. And idk what happened. So if you could please help me swap it around again, that would be sincerely appreciated.
