I used FireFox for many years ago as my main browser but yesterday it didn't open at all. I remove it then I tried to download it again but now way. I'll attach the message which I have when I try to open it, please look at it. I have MacBook Air Version 12.7.4 (21H1123) , 13-inch, 2017

I get repeated messages that I use an old version despite having downloaded the most recent version. When i try to start Firefox it won't start, I only get a message and the precise wording of the message is" You've launched an older version of Firefox Using an older version of Firefox can corrupt bookmarks and browsing history already saved to an existing Firefox profile. To protect your information, create a new profile for this installation of Firefox." Then I get two choices, either "Exit" or "Create New Profile". If I choose the first, I exit. If I choose the latter and create a new profile then I loose my bookmarks and browsing history. Appreciate any solution you might have

I just upgrade my firefox, but it did not import my history, cookies, bookmarks or passwords. I found a backup of the bookmarks (in a bookmarkbackups folder) but how do I restore the everything else?

Please help fix this problem. As I was trying to access my account on Chewy.com, This message pops up: "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I am hoping someone can tell me how to fix this.

Until a few days ago, I could type a search into the Firefox home page and my typing would appear as expected in that 'window.' Now the typing appears in a address bar, apparently owned by google, at the top of the page and it is extremely distracting and annoying.

How can I restore the sensible and easy way to search?

When I click the Firefox icon to start, it is minimized at the top of the creen, I clcik the enlarge button and it just moves it across the screen. I have to click it again to make it full size

I logged into my new laptop and because I forgot my password I used the forgot password option, but now when I login I dont have my previour saved profile and it seems to be a fresh profile.

All my bookmars and saved passwords are missing.

I have always used the same email address for login.
