Over the past few months, there would be occasions in which my history and bookmarks get deleted without me cleaning my browser. More recently, my tabs themselves would get deleted and today, only one of my tabs loaded upon launching my previous session. When I closed and reopened the browser, it only registered the one tab that loaded from my previous session. Is there some incompatibility with my browser and something else that might cause this?

Yesterday in one of your updates, when the pages I had open came back up, all bookmarks & recent history were gone.

I've lost my bookmarks after Firefox restarted after computer crash today. The bookmarks library is empty, and I could not find another profile. I could not find "Old Firefox Date" on my desktop.
I'm on a Macbook Air, Apple M2, Sequoia 15.3.1
I have tried to MANAGE bookmarks, reset system, run cleaners etc. Nothing works?????

This morning this was at the top of my screen when I logged into my computer. "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks..."
I did click on it however nothing happened or so I thought. I later go to the upper right hamburger and click on it and go to the bookmark tab only to find all my bookmarks are gone.
Can anyone tell me how to get them back since that is my quick access to my business sites? Is there a way to find them or are they just gone?
I cannot get the tab to stay out so I can take a screen shot. Sorry.

Hello! I accidentally logged into my account after switching to a new computer, creating a new recovery key. Now i do not have access to all my saved passwords. I have my recovery key but cannot find where should I type it to get back all my information. Is it possible to recover my information using the original recovery key, not the one I accidentally created? I really need to get the access to all my saved passwords, please help me with it. I lost all bookmarks overnight and the Bookmarks tab is completely empty. I have located the latest JSONL24 backup file and tried to import it via the Firefox General Tab setting; however, the file does not show up in the Import Browser Data route. In fact, the C: directory as seen through this window is quite different from the actual C: directory. What am I doing wrong? Are there any other way to restore the bookmarks using the JSONL24 file?

My bookmarks are not showing up. Firefox shows a message that some Firefox files are being used by another program, or something like that. I have refreshed Firefox numerous times, and the same thing happens each time I try to use Firefox now. This has been happening for over a month. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox multiple times.
