Find out and correct the problem I typed in the question block : I am no longer able to download my email from the WOWWAY home page since I accepted our latest update. The only way I can get my email now is by using Microsoft Edge as my browser!!!!

I still doesn't have turned my computer off in case that you could help me find my pages back. I have no one else to help me with this problem and I deeply need the websites I was surfing on. I'm not sure I can find them by myself and I don't have much time for that.

A friend opened a gmail account on my fire fox browser and saved her password on the saved folder. I mistakenly log her out this morning and we have been trying to recover her account but couldn't as she can't remember her password again.

We tried to check the saved password for the details but couldn't find the password again. Can you please assist?

PDF has a thumb nail picture for first page, rest of the doc is A4. Firefox uses this thumb nail size for entire document so I get a very tiny print of each page regardless of print options used. The pages display correctly in read/view mode.

Three other PDF viewers (Edge, Libre office and a pdf viewer) display and print correctly.

Anyone know of fix (beside use other browsers)?

Quando eu mudo a página do Firefox, através de um programa externo, e depois tento voltar para a página anterior, a página aparece na tela, mas fica completamente INATIVA, e a barra de endereços também não muda para a minha página anterior. É um problema GRAVÍSSIMO que só acontece com o Firefox. Várias das suas sugestões já foram posta em prática, incluindo-se a reinstalação, mas, sem sucesso. Como faço para resolver?

As soon as I touch the mouse wheel to scroll up or down, it jumps to the bottom right cell of the page and won't go anywhere else. It's been doing it for a few days and I can't figure out what is wrong. It's this way in every sheet I have. Mouse works fine in every other program. I'm using Firefox, Win 10. There are several persons complaining about this.

Any ideas what is the problem?

I've just recently switched over to Firefox with Manifest V4's blocking of ad blockers, and made an account here to sync between devices. I somehow mistyped my age during the account creation, though, and put in "13" instead of what I meant to. Will this affect any of my searching, and if so, is there a way to change it?

When I try to sign into PNC Bank Personal Banking website, https://www.pnc.com/en/personal-banking.html I get error CODE 18 - 68.60.142.187 I can login using Chrome. I have contacted PNC technical support team, who advise me that the problem is with Firefox. Does this make sense? Can you help me?

I have accessed (Google) Youtube - History, over Firefox/DuckDuckGo for a number of years now without difficulty. Recently Google introduced a Two-step security check and, when selected, a question was sent to the handset (which I use as a tether for two laptops) which always quickly appeared and quickly responded to my finger's touch. In the last couple of weeks the question is still asked but nothing comes through to the handset, or the standby handset. For a test I then went through Google Chrome and that opens the Youtube History without any questions etc. It seems to hint that Google are using the Two-step etc to keep out access over other Browsers. I am based in the UK. All suggestions will be welcome. Kind regards, Tim Simpson

'All of my inbox emails save for last night's and today's have disappeared. What is going on?

All of my inbox e-mail have disappeared and when I go to "view", then click on "sort by" I notice my "received" link is disabled. Can someone please tell me what is going on here?
