After installing Firefox 5, replacing my previous version (4.5), I could see the new features. However, having closed and reopened Firefox, it seems as though it has reverted to the previous version, even though 'Help - About' says I'm running on version 5.0.

I had to download 5.0 from the Mozilla website, as I tried to update via the update tool in 4.5, but it claimed I was fully up to date, even though I have 5.0 on another machine (which works perfectly).

Since updating to FF5 this morning (OS X), the Awesome Bar basically does not function. I can type in it, and it shows results in the drop down box, but when I scroll to one and hit ENTER or the GoTo Arrow (at the far right of the Awesome Bar), nothing happens.

Previously, a New Tab would open and I would go to the search result in Google, a web page, etc.

The Awesome Bar is basically useless and the only way I can use Firefox is pointing and clicking,

The Enter Key works in ALL other application AND in web pages in FF. Thus, I cna search on Google's home page by using the Enter Key,

I built a web site using wysiwyg editor. Webeden provide the software. The site has been working for 3 years, and very stable until yesterday 21st June when I updated Firefox to version 5.0 Since then a feature I had inserted into site page using a HTML Snippet Box, has started to load on the page...but outside the page border. The original Html Snippet is still showing but empty with a ? box in top right corner. Any one have any idea's how to solve this issue?

how do I remove ALL ICQ from this browser. Again and again comes up ICQ.

I've never wanted the ICQ service. 

If I do not get ICQ stopped, so I stop using firefox.

ICQ comes at every opportunity, where to search.

I watched the video after the update and the screen in the video does not look like my screen. I like having to have fewer toolbars to take up the room on my screen. How do I get that same set-up on my computer. I like having the app tabs on the one bar so I don't have to have several bars to navigate to different sites. I also really like Firefox in general and have used it several years. I would really like to figure this out. Thanks.

When watching a video I go to the red,blue and yellow ball logo to download but no arrow appears as indicated on the help video on your add on web page I think it was posted by darkjoka or something similar. He did emphasize that it was the arrow not the three balls logo ,all that happens is a box appears showing various sites and their popularity great but that doesn't interest me Ijust want it to do what is say's on the 'can'.

When I attempted to log into 'My Accounting Lab' after upgrading to Firefox 5.0 I got this message after clicking the sign in button.

'Warning: Sorry, you are using an browser that is not supported. Please use a supported browser.'

Just updated, as requested, to FF v5.0 and it deleted my preffered Google Toolbar. Now I try to reinstall this and am informed that it is not compatible with this version of FF. Not very happy about this! So the question is, when will this situation be rectified please?

Having a dark, visually annoying and distracting background graphic at the top of the browser window is difficult for me to understand. I have used Firefox since the beginning, but have used it only occasionally since the dark background graphic made its appearance. The browser functionality is great, but I need a plain, neutral or simple background graphic at the top, to not visually compete with what I am looking at in the browser. How can I change this?

This page from Interactive Brokers works properly on IE but Firefox 5 doesn't display its contents at all. I updated to v. 5, updated all plugins, removed old Java and replaced with new, turned security features on and off. Nothing works

A pop up used to show asking if I wanted Firefox to remember password. I don't see this anymore. What happened? I am unable to add it to my save password file under security.
