I have a new laptop (HP Pavilion x360). When my mouse crosses the screen on Firefox it enlarges the scree between 120% and 300%. How do I stop this? I suspect it has something to do with the tablet aspects of the laptop and it is seeing it as a swipe, but how do I turn it off?

Firefox browser will not view jpg files (pictures) in my Windows 10 computer. I discovered this when I was trying to import my account photo.
Issue solved! Simply indicating file uploads as jpg etc, must use *.* for all files. Then Firefox can see the *. jpg files.
I click a new tab and get a spanish version of yahoo.com and not the Canadian version
I have Yahoo Canada as my homepage and it has been for years and when I used to open a new Tab I got Yahoo Canada now I get Yahoo Mexico

I tried to follow the instructions on the Mozilla website, and tried different methods several times, but I am unable to export my bookmarks. Every time I select the "Export bookmarks to html", and save to a target location, the target location is empty, i.e. no file(s). What I did:
Click on Library icon, then click on Show All Bookmarks Click on "All Bookmarks" in the left pane, then select the 3 items in the middle pane (Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, and "Other Bookmarks" Click on "Import and Backup" Click on "Export bookmarks to HTML" Provide a target location and click on SAVE
When I view the target location folder, it is empty.

Sometime last year netflix stopped playing on FF. I found an older version of FF and installed it on my desktop - Netflix worked fine. BUT I did not want to have to mess with downgrading FF on all of my computers and then having to deal with the 'you dont have the latest version of FF' messages so I migrated to Chrome. It is now at least 9 months later and I thought I would give FF another shot-same F7121-1331 error message from netflix. I am running windows 10 version 1803

I'm working on my sister's Win10 laptop. I added the recent version of FireFox: 67.0.4 (64-bit). I can open FireFox; no problem. I can open multiple tabs; no problem. However, if I attempt to open a second browser session, I can briefly see the silhouette of a second FireFox icon and then that second FireFox icon quickly disappears; also no second browser session opens. I've painfully made many changes to Win10; mostly ferreting out unnecessary MS Bloatware. Twice through this process FireFox was able to have more than one browser session open. This brief success is gone after the next reboot.
FireFox is whitelisted in Popupblocker.

Firefox will not remember my logon info for only one website. I called and spoke to the person in charge of their website and said Firefox works okay for them when logging onto their website but I don't know for sure if it is the latest version, which I have. There is no way that I can turn off the auto logon feature in Firefox for one website.
What can be done to resolve this problem?

Recently when I open Firefox it has changed behavior when I then open a new tab. In my settings I have selected Firefox home page as what should display both on opening and for each new tab. For my home page I have specified a number of top sites. These top sites will display when I first open Firefox. They used to also display when I opened a new tab. But now when I open a new tab I get a blank page with some kind of random wallpaper background and nothing on it except a "Search the web" option.

For example, I can open Yahoo but if I try to click on any of the stories, I just get a blank screen. As I continue to use it, I find I can open fewer and fewer sites until I cannot open any. in order to harden our enviroment we need to avoid our users to open the developer tools, any of them. For example, I would like to disable the shorcuts to the developers tool without add-ons. We have achieved to hide the menu but whenever we press "F12", we can still access the functionality.

My operating system is windows 10 pro and my Firefox browser is up to date. My system is about 2 years old, and there have been no changes in the operating system, aside from necessary updates, since I first set it up.
Every time I close Firefox, the "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" box becomes unchecked. When it is unchecked, all of my saved login information is unavailable. So, I must recheck the box every single time I open Firefox. This could be multiple times per day since I am prefer to close windows I'm not using, especially when running Matlab scripts. It's been happening for several months now, and it's really annoying.
