I am getting this in the settings and am unable to modify parts of firefox like add extensions for last pass and display of bookmarks. This came after an update. This makes firefox useless to me. I have removed and reinstalled firefox twice, once without using any info from the previous install. I have looked for the distribution file, but can't find it. Any suggestions before I just remove it permanently from all devices I use. My organization is me!

Hi, I cant see my enables extensions in my toolbar on my PC. When I sync it does not call in the same settings. The browswer on a different laptop shows my enabled extensions. Whats gone wrong?/ How do i fix this please. Thanks

As of last night, without warning and without me changing any settings, or restarting my computer, when I go to open Candy Crush (on Facebook) the loading process freezes and I get a banner at the top of the screen telling me "This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser, stop this page." At that point I can close the banner, or stop the page, but either way no further progress is made and the page seems to freeze. Candy Crush will still run on Edge (which I would REALLY rather not use at all!!!!). So this is a Firefox issue. Please tell me how to fix it.

Hello, I was hoping to switch from Chrome to Firefox but I've encountered a problem downloading to Google Drive while using Firefox. I typically switch to Reader View and then Click "Print" from the menu. If I was in Chrome, I would select Save to Google Drive as I have Google Drive on my desktop. Without that option in Firefox, I select Microsoft Print to PDF. I try to select Google Drive as the destination but I get a dialogue box saying that the File is Not Found. I really want to make Firefox my default browser but this may be a deal breaker. I can't find any Firefox add-ons that might provide a solution. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I am using a Windows PC with Windows 10.

Several years I logged into an extended family member's computer, accidentally sync from another browser and now this folder has been following me around. The thing is it's full of some really gross things. Mostly extreme right opinion pieces and just so much porn. I really want this folder to go away, but when I right click it the delete option is grayed out. I've tried deleting them one by one, but everything I close the window and reopen it again, all of the links are back. How do I purge this from my mozilla account?

How do I stop Firefox showing a periodic ADVERTISEMENT INSTEAD OF MY HOME PAGE? This has happened several times now, I open my browser, expecting to be at my home page with all my links etc, but no, it's a F&%&*$G ADVERTISEMENT! Uhm, so guess what, not interested, don't ever advertise to me. I will NEVER use your VPN, Simply because you hijacked my browser and advertised directly to my PC. Disgusting Practice and if it happens again or there is no way to turn it off then Mozilla will join the List of Companies that myself and my thousands of followers already Boycott widely on Social Media. This could hurt your reputation on an extreme level (ie. imagine every kid that loves a certain sports drink right now suddenly calling for the demise of Mozilla, ouch)...... I suggest you proceed VERY VERY carefully before providing me a response.

I have to continually click pictures of buses, motorcycles, bicycles, then to back to I am not a robot. This just started 5 days ago. It sometimes takes 5 minutes of clicking pictures, to get to google. Tonight, 15 minutes, so I went to Chrome... I will have to quit Mozilla as my browser, which I don't want to do, but if I cannot access google.. I will have to. HELP!

Over a year ago, I was trying to create a keyboard shortcut when searching in the Firefox address bar. I don't remember exactly what I did, but now when I type in "LNP" to begin the search, it was supposed to route me to a google search of a particular website. It doesn't work and I get this:

If I go to the new Google CSE user site, there's nothing in the account. I deleted some of my Firefox extensions, nothing. Can anyone figure out what I did and how I can get rid of it?

I am finding more than ever that Firefox is no longer working on several apps. When I log into my banking app it logs in but then locks up and will not allow me to maneuver on the site. On Microsoft teams audio does not work even though it is not muted and I cannot see other participants even though video is on. If I switch to Microsoft Edge both my banking and Teams programs work without problems. I have used Firefox for years but I am ready to go to another web browser since I have to switch to another browser many times anyway. Is there a solution? If not I will be moving to Edge as much as I hate to.

I have no access to all my bookmarks and the damn backup folder is empty, what kind of trash is this, I need this for my work and not even the search history is avalable, no more damn firefox, let me know if there is any way to get back that bookmarks and browser data since I have no way of retrieving any of the cinfidental accesses I need to perform my job

Hi. It's hard to see where to enter text on some sites. How do I make text entry boxes easier to identify please?

On https://www.trivago.de I cannot open the date section with teh calendar. When I click, nothing happens. Works well on Microsoft Edge

On https://www.ki-warstein.de not everything is shown. Works well on Microsoft Edge.

This just started happening today, but some pages just won't load at all. It will show that it is loaded in the tab, but the page is just blank. Or, the page will load but it won't load images or fonts and is fairly basic. This hasn't happened on every webpage, but most of them. I tried clearing my cache, which didn't help (it actually seemed to make it worse), and I'm not really sure what else to do. I've attached a picture of what "scotusblog.com" is giving me.

I have been using Chrome browser long time. Chrome can do just 1 click a button for changing between profiles.

I am a beginner of using Fire Fox browser. I made 3 different profiles. but I don't know how to open profile 2 after seen profile 1. I know how to check these profile in one place (About Profiles).

There is no button to select the other profiles. Is there any other simple button like Chrome?

My firefox has totally stopped working and i have downloaded a new version about 10 times but it just disappears just a blank page. I can't read my e-mails or anything i uninstalled it and reinstalled nothing at all. Everything i run revolves around Firefox, i have refreshed everything i can think of but without a browser i am in the dark, any help would be greatly appreciated. If you e-mail me i can't read it on here but will get it on my phone. As you know without a browser you do nothing or go anywhere.
