Please help me change my email address. I lost access to the old email i am using as primary. Problem is i cannot make any change to my account without changing my primary email

Hi there my default browser is Firefox Mozilla but certain sites open very slowly or not open at all. All things I did were clean the cache, reinstalling Mozilla software but nothing works and its a bit frustrating. Also Adblock Plus wont work on you tube. Thank you in advance Kuba

I'm baffled by the statement of my Browser being managed by my organization since I am a single, non connected entity and have no organization, nor do I want one. I want control since I'm the one paying for it's use. Can you explain how to return control to me and only me? Thanks, KG

Recently had to get my phone repaired and did a backup beforehand (and Firefox sync was on) but when I restored my data Firefox was empty, all tabs gone. Is there any way to get them back? And if not, any way to prevent this in the future? (I did look into my history, there are no previous tabs closed)

Recently my HBO max started to not load on firefox... I've tried the usual suspects, cleared cache and cookies multiple times, but when trying to pick a profile, just a black screen loads. Nothing happens.

Picture below, every logged link of the site is like this, i can only access links before login, like answers/support/ads,campaigns etc. Those kind of pages load.

Also, sometimes, when accessing the site through search engines, the site loads, but on a different profile than the one I use, but when trying to switch profiles, the same thing happens again, nothing loads.

Since the last Firefox update, I am unable to sign into my Outlook account. When I click "Sign In" it opens a new tab with the sign-in buttons. Works fine in Edge and Chrome.

Can Mozilla take off obscene content on the home page such as the girl sticking her butt out on the Firefox home page pocket tab? This is quite inappropriate--especially for teens and children who might be online! I see this horrific specter every time I open Firefox. I cannot set it as my default as long as Mozilla has this kind of obscene photos on the Firefox home page. Thanks!

so I personally never use the Download Directory, because I anyway always select the Download location. but even though I set the location to XYZ it creates a ~/Download Directory. I Also tired to set the default download location directly to my Home directory, but it still creates the ~/Download Directory.

I am not sure if it's a bug or if I can disable it, or if Firefox need too do it. but it becomes annoying to always delete the ~/Download Directory.

maybe it is an OS septic problem? (ArchLinux btw) but I highly doubt that.

so why does it always, and I mean always create a ~/Download Directory when I download, even though I never selected it, it's Just empty e.c.t.

I have a 600 Mbps internet connection with Infinity. It measures the speed on Chrome, through my router, however, Firefox only measures the internet speed at approximately 400Mbps. Firefox is slow. I have done all thing suggested to make Firefox perform better. What has happened to this browser? Also the Browser when loaded with too many tabs freezes and has to be forced quit. I started using Vivaldi that measures over 600Mbps. Comments. My laptop is a older iMac that still works perfectly running High Sierra. No more Mac's, Apple has lost it way on producing computers, and has defaulted itself to a phone company.

Attached is a screen shot that shows Firefox trying to measure the speed, but the test has frozen, will not complete.

For the past several months I'm unable to Login to Mozilla Foxfire from my Desktop. The URL I'm using is: http://www.my.yahoo.com - it then switches to https://signin.att.com and I get the following message: "AT&T - It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again."

Regardless how often I attempt to Login, it's useless. I'm obligated to go to Google Chrome to access my Yahoo Mail & Calendar. Have gone many years without a hitch, now this. Was reviewing my Settings. Looked under Privacy & Security, Browser Privacy, Certificates, View Certificates. The Certificate Manager has many listed under “Authorities.” Some look suspicious. How do I determine which are valid and which should be deleted?

Hello, I just wiped windows and lost my bookmarks, passwords, and the like. I looked into the support options, as well Firefox profiles (about:profiles) but can't seem to get that data back. It's odd to me that it didn't sync because I also wiped windows last month and it recovered all of my data as soon as I signed into my Firefox account,so I was hoping that would happen again.

Any way to get this back?

I can change font size in general via Firefox settings, BUT! whenever I want to download a file from any given website, the download window that appears, in which I can navigate to a folder on my computer and choose a name for the file, has such super small font!!! And to make it worse, the text largely is in a soft gray rather than a nice strong black!

SO hard to read.

I would love an easy way to make this font always bigger for all these situations. If anyone can provide the solution I'm super grateful!

To preface this, I am on MacOS.

I noticed a small delay before starting videos while I have my AirPods connected. There are a few scenarios where this delay does not exist: - Any other browser - Audio is actively playing elsewhere - Mic is in use (like a zoom meeting in the background, even when muted) - Audio is muted

I have tried safe-mode, reinstalling, and even messing with the config, to no avail. I know for sure this is isolated to Firefox, and I believe it's due to how audio devices are handled. I would rather my videos immediately play rather than wait for a "health" check from my connected device, even if there isn't audio for that time period.

I am confused, because I have been unable to access google drive and Gmail, for a while now because every time I go to the website it says we have detected a problem with your cookie settings, I have tried default settings, and entering safe mode on Firefox, but neither worked. I would much appreciate assistance.

When on laptop, I want to synchronize account to desktop. I try to log on but need to get authorization code. The code takes an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, to my phone sms or email. Please allow me to use a different way of logging in so that I don't have time to forget what I'm doing... signed grumpy old man Cheers, George

Its been an issue for me for quite a while. Seems to occur for some websites. But it's getting to a point where it feels like every website is encountering this issue.

Firefox does a good job storing password and usernames when creating said username and password. But it will never suggest a username...

A similar topic is, how can I make firefox autofill username for websites?
