Hi all!

A while back I downgraded my Firefox version to some old version to be able to access a FortiGate 310B. However when I upgraded back and started using the latest version my search completion stopped working, but my search completion is turned on. It shows things I've already searched for, but it's not fetching new completions. I lived with this for a while since I couldn't be bothered to fix it, but I recently moved to linux, and copied all my data, I did this by just copying the profile folder and moved into into a new profile I created on linux. It worked, my bookmark, history, passwords etc are saved, but still no completion. I tried creating a new profile and the search completion worked perfectly fine. Do you guys have any tips or things I could try? Or do I just give up and move to a new profile, since this one is presumably corrupt?

So I have an issue where I am unable to reorder or detach tabs after having detached one tab. When I start Firefox I am able to reorder my tabs as much as I want, but once I detach one tab both functionalities do not work anymore.

- Firefox version 126.0 on Kubuntu 24.04 - After restarting Firefox I am able to do it again once - After rebooting I am also able to do it again once - The same issue in private window - I have refreshed Firefox through Help -> More troubleshooting information - Disabled all my add-ons - Tried it in Troubleshoot mode

I cannot seem to find a real answer online. Does somebody here have a solution for me :-)?

Zainstalowałem sobie przeglądarkę Firefox. Importowałem z Google Chrome dane, w tym historię. Historia stamtąd była z dobrych kilku miesięcy.

Gdy wchodzę w historię, z opcji mogę widzieć historię maksymalnie z ostatnich 7 dni, miałem opcje oglądania historii z ostatniego miesiąca, co było po zainstalowaniu przeglądarki. A chciałbym mieć opcję obejrzenia z co najmniej pół roku.

W poniższym poradniku można widzieć historię z dłużej niż pół roku i właśnie tak chciałbym mieć u siebie.

Which makes Firefox (correctly) block the page if you have Tracking Protect enabled because it sees X trying to involve 3rd parties.“ Slow clap.

I have happily used Firefox for a very very long time and all has been well until the last month or so.

I have a brand new laptop with Windows 11 Pro and Firefox 126.

Each time I open the machine to begin a new day and open Firefox, all my tabs are gone from the previous session; this is not good for my research, studies, and business activities. I have read a lot about this issue online and (1) find that under Settings, History, there is no "restore previous session" option; and (2) I have several times already cleared the "sessionstore" folder and copied the files for later reuse.

Further, "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked off; always has been. I have checked other relevant settings and they all seem fine; but to no avail.

What would you suggest?

Suddenly after 20 years of collecting invaluable basic reference works in one of the 20 bookmarks on my Bookmarks Toolbar called REF on my Firefox browser, today I find it simply marked "Empty". No idea why. No other tabs have been altered as far as I can tell. 28 MAY 2024

I can log into Firefox, but if I try to click on nay other websites, the URL comes up, but nothing loads. I try to refresh the page, but the refresh 'circle' is greyed out and doesn't work. Then it's as if my mouse pointer is broken; I can't click on anything. Everything works fine in EDGE and other browsers. This seems to have happened after the last Firefox update. I have cleared my cache and data, and refreshed Firefox. So far, no good.

Hello! My name is Anya. I am desperately trying to manage my social media addiction and to help support that I am wondering if its possible to disable the privacy window. I know I can install a website blocker - which I have, but it does not apply to the private window so I have full access to social media on it, I just have to log in. I want to COMPLETELY block Facebook and Instagram off of my laptop. Is this possible? Thank you!

Whenever I try to log into my online banking all I get is a white screen, nothing whatsoever.

I can log in just fine using the dreaded Microsoft Edge or Chrome but firefox will not work.

Now, I do know that I have actually logged in with firefox because if I come back to the page 10 minute later I get a banking message saying that as I haven't done anything for 10 minutes it has now logged me out!

I have cleared cache & cookies, I've started in safe mode and looked at the threads in the forum but nothing helps.

This is happening on all instances of firefox that I have, work, home, laptop.

Sync! Web site total muddle. WHO writes this stuff? All the info BUT what I need. I have ff on my pc and my iPhone. I want to see the same screen on both (sync) same research tabs to open. I am asked for my password but it is not recognized. But I am signed onto Mozilla! At Mozilla home page I see no sign in/sign or out the main home page. Where I can see "password” on it is hidden behind dots so I cannot verify. How to I sync so pc and iPhone show same page with same tabs? Where how do I SEE my password to verify it?

Firefox is synced on all my computers. Same version. Same extensions. I can't login on my primary desktop as of last night 5/23/24. I can login/watch Prime on my laptop. My desktop gives me the attached error.

trying to import login information from Firefox to Norton Password Manager. the Norton process works but no logins are displayed to import to NPM. There is a quick error screen when running Norton's import_password.exe - I would call a DOS window ERROR:root:extract_all_logins: Error for ALL: no profiles found

Perhaps I am the only one experiencing this issue but it is causing such an issue for me that I am afraid I will need to abandon this browser. I never in my life thought an internet browser displaying the forums for the browser would require so many processes.

Am I the only one? I have a pretty basic experience going on here but this is causing such a struggle I might need to find a new browser. I just don't understand how this even gets to be this way.

I am very grateful for a couple of advantages this browser occasionally showcases and I really don't want to migrate to another browser across my devices. All of the options I have read in this forum are pretty much disabled by the updates to Firefox but I am willing to try just about anything within reason that won't be quickly screwed up by another update.

My apologies if I sound frustrated, but come on that's a lot of processes to show your support page and it's eating up so many resources that could be used to trouble shoot my projects in a timely manner. This impacts performance to the point that I can't watch a tutorial with nothing else going on while working with GDevelop.

Hello! I installed Firefox about a year ago, and for the entire duration it seems about 60% of the time the default fonts on various websites look weird (bold?). I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox, clearing the cache, etc. See attached images for examples. Help!
