I can browse the internet normally except for the Amazon page; When I type www.amazon.es the browser does nothing; I have cleared cookies, history and reinstalled Firefox but it still does not direct me to the Amazon Spain page; however, I can navigate to www.amazon.com

I have difficulty with a number of sites when trying to login. An example - yesterday I was unable to login to my account on STARZ immediately after changing my password. I switched to Chrome and I was able to complete the process. On STARZ it just acted like I had not entered my username and password. On vistana.com, when I initially put in the URL, I see a message box flash, then I get a blank window. Again, it works fine with Chrome.

Ideas? Ways to track what is going on? Any ideas appreciated! I would like to continue using Firefox, but it is very frustrating to have these login issues.

I am having problems signs in to Mozilla Firefox with my password. How do you reset my password? I cannot get in my accounts without sign in to Firefox.

I recently updated FF to 128.3.0 ESR and have found that FF no longer appends the suffix to the url I tupe in the url bar. For instance, to go to yahoo.com all I had to do was type yahoo in the url bar and hit enter and FF would automatically add the .com and navigate to the site. This function has ceased to work since the latest update. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

When I pull up a page and the width is wider than my screen I'm not getting the option to scroll left and right. Can still scroll up down. I'm assuming it's a setting but can't find anything that makes change Thank you, Dan

Each time we open Firefox (ver 128.3.1esr) on our Win Server 2016 & Win 10 machines, we get this error: "Configuration Error: Failed to read the configuration file. Please contact your system administrator.". Anyone know what could be going on? Everything seems to work correctly. We haven't had any problems, but would like to get to the bottom of this error.

Not a question really, just wishing there was a way to make the webpage icon larger on the white square that comes from creating a web site shortcut.

Ever since the last update my gmail accounts will not show the body of the email for any emails received after the update. The older emails all show up perfectly, just the ones received since the update. All I see id ...

I have come across a new problem in the last week or so. I have a bunch of websites pinned on my Firefox homepage, but during the last week, some of them won't load when I click on the pinned webpage, BUT they do load when I type the address into the address bar.

The websites that are problematic for me are: medium.com and photographylife.com - these are not troublesome websites, or questionable websites. Everything used to work just fine. It could be the most recent update - although I am not sure. I thought it was related to Norton Internet Security but I turned Norton off and am still seeing the same problem.

If anybody has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

After 10/10/24 FF desktop update, when FF opened, dialog box displays with: "Error: Platform version '131.0.2' is not compatible with minVersion>=131.0 maxVersion<=131.0".

When i hit OK, it closes the FF desktop application.

Hi, Thank you for your help My two devices are connected and recognize each other. The bookmark sync works somehow but seems frozen 6 months ago. The new macos : 13.1 with firefox 131 The old mac os :10.11 and firefox 78 I don't understand and can't sort it out.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling m my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that. So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account. I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me some how! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! Hello, Does anyone else experiencing random firefox crashes ? It shuts off with no erros at random points. It started happening after recent update, where mozilla decided to remove the option that allowed to hide "list all tabs" which is moronic.. I updated my drivers to the latest.
