recent firefox update can no longer copy and paste when creating a blog post in Squarespace, I have been using squarespace for around 15 years for my websites and I have never seen this issue, Firefox 15.1 installed and all of a sudden when trying to create a blog post in Squarespace, when I right click a text box pop up and it no longer says paste so I can no longer copy and paste text - this is more than a little annoying, you will not be surprised to know that I am now using Chrome to create my posts, there is no issue in chrome. I am a firefox geek! how can i solve this problem, I just did another update from Firefox, the issue remains I have been using computers for 40 year so I am not a novice but software glitches, I am lost

Updated to FF 150 today on Win 11 desktop.

Q1: Can I remove Profiles from the FF toolbar which is located in between Bookmarks and Tools? Only need one profile on this PC. I tried to customize the toolbar but it won't let me drag Profiles off.

Q2: For some reason my FF profile is now on C: even though I had previously moved it to D: to free up space on C: boot drive.

So I created a new profile with exact same folder name on my D: drive today.

In Profile Manager, I renamed the old profile on C: to "name.old and the new one on D: to "name.new". I set name.new as the default profile and it works properly after exiting and restarting FF.

Now I want to delete the .old profile but FF won't left me, saying Can’t delete a profile that is linked to other profiles. There are only the .old and .new profiles listed. So how do I unlink .old so I can delete all of it to free up space on C: ?

I go through the process up to 2FA then I get this message " Looks like there’s a problem with this site The server at outlook.live.com sent back an error: 401 Unauthorized".

I recently tried MS Edge even though I always use Firefox. I went through the login process including 2FA and got right in to my email. Can you help?

I prefer to use Firefox and have used it for years.

When I click the "story continues" button in a Yahoo news article in Firefox, nothing happens. In Chrome, it works fine. An example page with a button of this type is here .

Nothing jumps to mind about a setting that would be responsible for this, but I'll put it out there. Any thoughts? Or is this just a Firefox bug?

Is it possible to get rid of the sidebar section at the bottom part of the vertical tabs completely? If so how? Or is it simply not available to get rid of it completely?

I tried to turn off "Show sidebar" in settings, but then it defaults back to "Horizontal Tabs" instead of sticking with "Vertical Tabs", and switching back to "Vertical Tabs" will turn on "Show sidebar" again. And using the sidebar settings/"Customize Sidebar", there doesn't seem to be an option to get rid of it.

My firefox took longer than normal to load this morning. It will go to some homepages but then won't go to any sub pages. It appears to not want to go to the home pages of shopping websites. It says it last updated firefox 5 days ago so the long wait this morning wasn't an update. If I use Microsoft Edge I a able to browse freely.

I have a document that allows me to extend the page for supporting information. However when I move the up/down bar the original document moves but there is no way to move up/down the supporting page.

Hi, I use Firefox all of the time, and I noticed that the wallpapers were given an update of more choices for the user.

That's good and all, but I began thinking about the widgets that are optional when customizing your default Firefox home/new tab. Weather, shortcuts, and stories. All very simple, rudimentary uses, but nothing for fun, like, say, a little Firefox fox that can live at the bottom of your home browser!

Like something akin to a Pou or a Tamagotchi, With food and water on one side of the bottom of your home, bed in the middle, and a little hamster wheel for it to run on. You could click on it and it plays a little animation, or you can click and drag it to either activity previously mentioned and watch it interact.

I just think it'd be fun to have a more "silly" widget for customization on our home pages, while being entirely toggle-able like the other additions.

Hello, a recurring problem that's been bothering me for several months is driving me crazy, causing me to use Firefox less and less.

I regularly get the dreaded message "Error: Platform version xxx is not compatible with xxxx," which seems to have been around for years and still hasn't been fixed. Rebooting, reinstalling, or repairing the installation with every automatic update isn't a solution; it's just a nuisance.

When I try to setup my home page to be something other than the Firefox default the page never loads. Also, if I try to go to the page without it being my home page, it never loads. I can open that website on other bowers, also other websites seem to load in Firefox, but slowly. The webpage I want to use is www.aldaily.com.

I have searched on-line and performed the actions that are suggested - i.e. clearing cache, cookies, restarting the computer, restarting my router. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Firefox, nothing seems to work.

I would like to get some suggestions from you as to what I should try.

Hey hey So On my old system I logged into my FF account did 7 syncs just in case whi all were telling that I'll have all of my stuff right away but.... I reinstalled Windows and... installed Firefox and got freaking 00000000 zeeeero tabs or passwords synced.... All of the manual attemps of sync got nothing, absolutely nothing!? So what was the point of online account which does nothing and just give a fake faith??? I would rather do cp -r of local foler as I did for the last 20 years.... But this time I was faked with fake "sync all good" which doesn't work and just fake people

Firefox has been automatically updated on Windows 11 and Tahoe, and now every time I close the browser, all tabs close – even the pinned ones – despite the ‘Open previous windows and tabs’ option being selected at startup.
