When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even when set to 480p. The audio continues to play normally. This issue does not happen in Chrome on the same laptop.

The problem started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Restarting Firefox did not resolve the issue. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

So I've been looking for the saved payment methods in my browser since I got a new card.

I realized that it is gone and that has 2 consequences for me.

1. I Cannot for the life of me remove the currently old saved one.

And

2. I do not want to save the new actual one, since I seem to have no control of my saved cards and will not be able to remove it.

Also I made Firefox stop asking, but it does not get the memo and keeps asking to save my new card.

So the common thing is that the saved cards should be in "about:preferences#privacy" under "Autofill" and there should be a button that says "Saved payment methods".

There is media on this. pictures etc. youtube videos and it is a box that appears when you press it unlike about:logins which is a tab in itself, so accessing it this way seems to be no option.

Doing some digging and found this article https://support.mozilla.org/kn/questions/1443578 It does not work for me being in DK.

Downloaded a older version of firefox 142.0 to be specefik and it does have to feature / Button but, it also does not have any data.

So what gives Mozilla? Why did you remove the button and why is the data locked away?

Included are images of current version (146.0.1) having the button removed and 142 having the button.

My bookmarks side bar font changed color from black to white, how do I get it back to black?

I can't seem to find where the font color is available to change colors.

For months I've been trying to clear my saved form data as I put in the wrong email address, and when using saved form data sometimes don't notice it's wrong, so replies disappear into the ether.

Under Settings/Privacy & Security/Clear browsing data I have cleared Everything with all check boxes checked, and multiple times just tried the Saved form info checkbox. The wrong email refuses to die along with the related form data.

It is infuriating. Maybe you can correct it manually, or actually wipe it for me? The INCORRECT email is 'bongoots@yahoo.co.uk'. The CORRECT email is 'bongboots@yahoo.co.uk'.

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

Bookmarks in Firefox disappeared and cannot import my Bookmarks backup. I have tried to restore an older Bookmark file through /manage bookmarks/ import and backup/restore to no avail. thank you

im having issues with my tabs as there are now two sets of tabs one that is empty basically and seems to be treated as the main one and the other that is all my other tabs... but when i try to switch to them it switches my screen so other apps like games or messaging apps no longer are visible yet the still appear to exist

I use the Page Info window quite regularly, it used to be accessible via the right-click menu but this seems to have been removed in recent updates. I can still access it via Ctrl+I, but this isn't as convenient as using the menu.

Could you please tell me how I can put this useful feature onto the menu / toolbar as a shortcut?

Original Firefox account uses an older email now defunct and is no longer accessible. Security code being sent to add secondary email address can't be completed as older email account isn't accessible. Suggestions?

When I watch videos (reels) on Facebook, and sometimes on YouTube, I share a video either to messenger or my page, the whole string of videos I have already watched goes back to the beginning of the string everytime. Only Firefox does this. I have 3 other browsers that work fine, but I prefer Firefox of course.

I typically use FF to log into social security accounts. I have not been able to use FF for a couple of months to log in to ONLY THAT SITE. I can on CHROME.

ERROR MESSAGE: Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

My emails used to display in date order but since a Mozilla upgrade they are now grouped as Today, Yesterday and Last Week. Is there a setting to alter this back to one list in date order please?

Firefox crashes whenever my computer goes to sleep. I am running windows 11 and have been for years. This problem showed up a few months ago. The crash then screws up other apps and I have to restart my computer to fix it.
