Title is quite descriptive. A few hours ago I cleared all my cookies and cache and a while later the browser updated. Now, whenever I close Firefox it automatically logs me out of my Google accounts. This happens only with Google accounts, as I'm still logged into other accounts.
2FA is a colossal pain. Two factor seems to work well on other accounts EXCEPT Firefox. How do I turn the Two factor log in OFF?!
I need to 'clear the cache', apparently. How do I do this, please?
Won't accept my pin

Recently many sites have (for reasons I cannot fathom) introduced a pre-login form: ie a form that requires a username to be entered before an password text box is provided. This seems to be a trend and it is incredibly annoying.
The issue I have is that FF does not recognise the page/form as a login page and therefore does not provide a list of usernames for the domain in question.
Any advice or help would be very much appreciated.

Dear Firefox Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance in recovering my saved passwords, which appear to have been lost following a recent reinstallation of Windows 11. Issue Details:
I reinstalled Windows 11 and attempted to sync my main Firefox account, but none of my saved passwords have appeared in the browser, despite trying multiple solutions. I have already tried the following steps: Ensured I was logged into the same Firefox account and enabled sync for Logins and Passwords. Attempted manual sync multiple times. Checked my Firefox Lockwise settings and verified that no passwords were visible there. Tried logging out and back into my account and using the "Sync Now" feature again.
Further Attempts:
I checked for possible Firefox profile backups from my previous Windows installation but could not find any recoverable data related to saved passwords. Unfortunately, I do not have a recovery key, and it seems I did not export my passwords prior to reinstalling Windows. I also explored other possible recovery options, such as using system restore points, checking other browsers, and scanning for old profile files, but none have yielded results.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance in recovering my lost passwords. If there is any way to retrieve the data from the Firefox Sync server or another potential method I might have missed, I would be grateful for your support.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards, Syed Zain Abbas

For around 4-5 years I had problems with the password manager - I've not been able to see my passwords, neither to add a new password to the password manager. The autofill has been working fine.
I finally got the energy today to finally solve this. I've been reading different articles and did following:
1. Created new profile 2. Put the passwords.json and key4.db into the new profile
After the change non of the profiles is even showing the passwords in autofill. How can I validate if the passwords.json + key4.db is the correct ones?
Now I'm panicing since I don't even have the autofill possibility...

I've changed primary email some time ago and wanted to login using a new device. However, login fails with "Incorrect email case" and response contains my old email under "errors[0].extensions". After that, there is another request doing login with old email, which seem to be successful, however the whole operation fail and page only shows "Something went wrong. Please close this tab and try again.". Trying to login directly with an old email leads to "Primary account email required for sign-in" error. Please assist.

When I go to about:logins, I see none of the accounts listed. Even when I input a search in the search box, nothing. I don't know what could be causing this. See attached screenshots. Don't worry, there's no concern of leaking account details, because they aren't showing up.

I have been using Firefox for years. Currently using 131.0.2 on Windows 10 Pro. Never had a problem with Bitwarden auto filling useernames and passwords to login to a website. Now I have to copy and paste each one. I appreciate using Firefox but this new incompatibility with Bitwarden is a deal breaker. I've tried going thru the menus and help forums and have found nothing to allow Bitwarden to auto fill passwords. I'll move everything over to Microsoft Edge where Bitwarden auto fills the same way Firefox has done until recently.

Norton recently issued a major update to their Norton 360 software. Since then the passwords that I saved in Firefox's password manager do not work. I go to the webpage and the passwords simply do not show up and cannot be used. Did Norton suddenly block the Firefox password and sign in function? Call me Puzzled.

I have difficulty with a number of sites when trying to login. An example - yesterday I was unable to login to my account on STARZ immediately after changing my password. I switched to Chrome and I was able to complete the process. On STARZ it just acted like I had not entered my username and password. On vistana.com, when I initially put in the URL, I see a message box flash, then I get a blank window. Again, it works fine with Chrome.
Ideas? Ways to track what is going on? Any ideas appreciated! I would like to continue using Firefox, but it is very frustrating to have these login issues.
TIA, Ken
