Just recently, I can not login into several websites using "Firefox". With other browsers, I have no problem. For example, whenever I try to login to Evernote , I get the following error: "The page isn’t redirecting properly. An error occurred during a connection to www.evernote.com. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I had no prior problems before and I have made no changes to my settings. Apparently, there is something broken in Firefox because no other browsers produce this error. I have already tried the suggested solutions such as clearing history, cache and everything else. I have even uninstalled and re-installed several times but it always eventually returns to this state. Firefox has always been my favorite browser, but if this error can not be fixed, I have no problem dropping it forever and switching to a more reliable browser. Please fix this, don't force me to change browsers.

I have found on several occasions this year that forms I've completed can't be submitted via Firefox - noticeably forms for financial services, but not exclusively, I'm usually allowed to fill in the form but I get some sort of error when I submit. These are usually vague like 'opps, something went wrong' and several attempts will not work. However, these work smoothly on Chrome or Edge.

The first time this happened there was actual php code and variables appearing in some fields and I gave the company a pretty hard time for not making sure their stuff worked on FireFox, but I feel a bit of an old meanie for doing that now I've seen how regularly I get submission problems.

Anyone come across this and anyone found a fix?

Hi Folks!

I'm located in the U.S.A. in the Denver, CO. area. I'm not using a VPN or any sort of IP masking technology, so my normal Comcast public IP address should be what's visible when I browse the web. Also the language is set to English-US in Firefox's settings.

Recently I noticed that when I try to login at GoDaddy, the GD website redirects me to the India version of their site (in.godaddy.com). I'm posting in this forum because this only happens when I go there in Firefox. If I use Chrome or Edge (i.e. Chrome rebranded) I get the U.S. version of the GD site. I've verified that my public IP, currently 98.43.226.196, is in fact registered to Comcast. I've cleared cookies and cache, restarted Firefox, but GD still sends Firefox to its India version. Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?

Thanks!

Scott

i am trying to open ticket master (which i have done in the past on the same computer using firefox. the error message states: Pardon the Interruption As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript is preventing JavaScript from running.

i checked and the javascript is true (so enabled) but nothing is working???????????

Hi, I have a website created through GODADDY. All of this shows OK in Firefox apart from the blogs. Just comes up with message "Posts coming soon!" Maybe in 2019 it was OK but sometime since then it happened.

With Safari & Chrome the blog page shows fine.

I have gone to Firefox history and cleared everything. Doesn't help.

I looked at Badger setting and tried to remove these, still doesn't work.

(I am also raising this with GODADDY .. it's a conversation!).

Anything else I can do?

I have been using Firefox as my browser for years to open my QVC account. Last night, while looking at my QVC account I tried backing out of the page I was on and I could no longer get back into my account. I tried using another computer and it worked fine. I also tried switching to Safari and again I could log into my account. I am using a MacBook Pro. I tried to refresh Firefox but that didn't work.

I can see the main QVC webpage but have no way to access my account or even open QVC. Firefox is working for everything else that I access.

Thanks for any help you can provide me.

I am trying to use css mix-blend-mode in combination with video. It works on every browser, and every device. BUT it does not work on Mac with firefox browser...

See the codepen For those without a mac, see the screenshot

Does someone know the solution to this problem? I was thinking about adding a fallback support with '@supports (mix-blend-mode: multiply)', but this will always return true in this case because it is supported on firefox...

Thank you for the help and your time.

When I use Gmail in Firefox on Windows 10, the unread mails displayed with a bold font, render poorly in Firefox. The issue does not occur in Chromium based browsers. I am using a 24 inch Full-HD screen of 1920x1080 pixels. I tracked and tried a lot of solutions about using the Roboto font in Firefox, including installing the font in Windows 10, changing anti-aliasing for fonts in Windows and some more.

The solution was not there for me. Who can help me?

In any modern browser, if you go to https://donotcall.gov and file a complaint about a harassing robocall, if the browser's "form auto-fill" function is enabled it will automatically "remember" the phone number about which you filed the complaint and save the robo-caller's number for the next time you use a Web form that prompts for a phone number.

My suggestion is that Firefox should not do this.

You might argue that I should address my complaint to the website's owner, but you all know it's the government and I figured that the Firefox developer community might be able to come up with a solution. Think of it as an improvement by which Firefox can be made "better" than other browsers.
