This problem just occurred for the first time. I contacted the website and they say I need to update the certificate in firefox. How do I do this?

I enabled "Open Recent Taps At Startup" but it doesn't work all the time sometimes i close the browser and then open again at some time later or maybe a little bit after i closed it and the taps are gone, i actually don't know what is wrong with it, does someone know a fix to this issue ?

Note: This actually does not happen a lot but when it does it becomes very frustrating especially when i closed the browser for a long time and i open it again i find that all of the taps are gone and it becomes very hard to remember what i had opened since the last time

when I open firefox it ALWAUS goes back to the last page I visited. I checked off that feature in settings, tried restaring in safe mode, refreshing firefox, updating, reinstalling, nothing works. I DO NOT WANT LAST PAGE RELOADING AT STARTUP. How do I make firefox works properly?

"Open previous windows and tabs on startup" doesn't seem to work for me - I check off the right box in Settings. (see attached file) but it doesn't work. I use Firefox as a dedicated app for one project, so would like it to open right at the four pages I always use.

Odd, because this USED to work, but has stopped doing so in the last week.

I downloaded the newest version, also signed in and out, but no help.

I have been using Firefox as my preferred browser for years. Recently I notice that when using Outlook mail in web the paste option is gone when replying to an email. Everything works in Chrome and Edge correctly but not Firefox. I instead get a text toolbar and an option to insert an emoji. Note this is ONLY if I am replying to an email. In new emails I am able to use the file toolbar and paste from there. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to keep using Firefox. I have tried all the online remedies including clearing the cache to no avail.

I use a PIN for my Microsoft laptop and I have forgotten my Microsoft account password. I don't want to change the password as my PC back-ups using Paragon software "might" be tied to my current pin and password.

If I log into my Microsoft account with Firefox, I am prompted for an email address. After entering my address the password is automatically entered by Firefox. Great.

But the login details are not stored under Firefox - Paswords. There is no Microsoft entry in Passwords.

Where might the password it be stored?

I'm running Windows 11 on a new machine. Doing a process check shows Firefox is currently at 853MB ! I have two windows open. What is going on? What happened to "Run lite without overbyte"? (Yes I'm was a Dr. Dobb's subscriber, )

I have bookmarks saved in 11 folders. Occasionally when I expand a folder to work with a bookmark and then close it, the whole folder will be saved at the bottom of a different open folder, not in its original location. I was struggling with trying to locate wandering folders untiI I learned to search a bookmark that I knew to be in the missing folder. Still, I would like to know if there is a setting that prevents folders from slipping out of sight. I have observed this happening for years.

I'd like to use different themes for regular Firefox and Private Browsing mode on the same device. It seems like an easy way to keep track of where you are and what you're doing, but I haven't been able to make it work. Is that possible?

When I try to open websites from a google search, I get this error:

• This doesn't happen with chrome.

• If I enter a website directly in to the search bar, I am able to open the website; I just can't open it when going through google.

• If I go through duckduckgo, I can open the website directly.

• This doesn't happen for all websites, but the ones it happens to is weird. Today it was the Red Cross blood donation website.

• I am over 18 and am noted as such in my google account and in my firefox account; I just double checked.

• I am working on a PC using Windows 11 Pro. Firefox is up to date. I only have 2 extensions, neither of which block sites.

• I tried going through google and accessing admin rights, can't do that so apparently I don't have admin rights through google. But again, I can open websites through google using chrome, just not firefox.

Since the latest upgrade to 111.0.1 i am unable to copy and paste passwords from IT Glue.

IT Glue has a button to copy details to clipboard and when I do a paste I get [object promise]

my facebook ends after a dozen posts with the error message saying reload bur reload does nothing I still can not scan down my facebook posts this only happens on Firefox no other browser has a problem

Hello, so i want to apply SF mono font to my codeblocks but they are instead applying lucida console font, how will i fix this? My monospace font is currently set to "SFMono Nerd Font"

I want to use Firefox, not Chrome, for my information transfers to Centrelink etc. Firefox stalls - stays blank below - every time I expect to get further info when I have filled in data. This is not so on Chrome, where the next step is revealed after filling in a segment of info/data.

Specifically, I am trying to pull up a web-site. It is called - http://pi-star/

Can someone help me with the right settings.

Plus, this works on another computer, but not this one.

In about:config I have set "geo.enabled" to false. -> www.google.com still displays the content in my language, darn.

I went went back to about:config and marked "only show modified preferences" -> to my surprise not only "geo.enabled 1" was displayed but also "permissions.default.geo 2" (though I never touched that one - so I thought they must be linked somehow)

I was curious and reverted "permissions.default.geo" back to default -> now it is set to "0" -> but "geo.enable" is still on "false" (so I am not sure anymore if they are really linked together - which doesnt make sense to me)

Now I don't know if I should leave "permissions.default.geo" on "2" how I found it, or on "0" which is the default. That's why I come here to ask:

I loaded Firefox yesterday using Firefox Installer.exe

The installer loaded to my laptop with Desktop Icon Target "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" This has my bookmarks and personalizations, and is synched with the Firefox on my Tower computer in another room

Now my laptop has another Destop Icon Target "C:\Users\FEDER\AppData\Local\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" This firefox browser is new and has none of my bookmarks and personalzations. It is not synched.

My Apps shows only 1 Firefox installed, and it will not uninstall.

How do I remove both of these firefox browsers, remove firefox from Installed apps, so I can load a clean version?

This is frustrating.
