I set up a website for my wife a while ago. Most recently we noticed that some (not all) of our pages are not shown correctly when we use Firefox as browser. Specifically, when you open a webpage and scroll down as far as you can, there is a certain white area at the very bottom visible, below the footer. Now, if you wait a small amount of time, then scroll a little up and down again, the white border is not longer there and the page appears as it should.

This strange behavior cannot be recognized with other browsers, we tried Chrome as well as Edge. Many thanks in advance for any ideas on how to adress this! Best regards Carsten

Is it still possible to configure userChrome.css to have the URL field in the Firefox 'Add bookmark' window? Also, is userChrome.css configuration going to be used no more in future releases? If yes, then how will we be able to customize, for example, fonts in Library, side bar and context menu?

Is it possible to combine history/bookmark files? Firefox has truncated my "History" to 15 days and the only option I see to get elder entries is to combine a backupped history file with the current one. An easy-to-use tool for this task would be welcome. I did not change my config options after the update to 121.0.1 (64-Bit) (Windows 10pro) but I think I had the total history (from years) before the update. So, I just synced my Firefox Account with my second Laptop and it Deleted all Old Passwords I had on it before. I really need these or I would have problems logging in everywhere in the Web. So I am asking you Guys, how can i get these back as fast as possible? Are they Gone Forever? I hope Not. Please Help me as soon as possible!

I have a very fast internet connection, 200 mbps and everything else on both my laptop and my mobile phone are working fine but Firefox is very slow. Pages load ok but videos will play for a short time and then freeze never to continue and downloads are painfully slow, 2 to 4 mbps. Edge and Chrome download normally and videos play with no issue. I need this fixed or Firefox is going bye bye!

Each time I connect to the Sam's Club website I get a popup box that says "Let us know your human (no robots allowed)" even before I try to login. There is an "X" in the upper left corner of the message that I can click on twice and the box goes away. I then can click login and my password saver fills the boxes at which time I get the same box. I click again on the X and a message says there is a problem, try again later.

Current version of Firefox on Windows 11. Menu bar hidden when Firefox started. I have tried every setting suggested and understand how to turn it on, but next time I start Firefox, menu bar is hidden again. Reinstalling Firefox -- no joy. Restarting in safe mode -- no joy. Help!

In the last few days whenever I download a PDF file instead of it being displayed in my default PDF read Firefox (version 121.0.1) takes over and displays the contents of the file. I do not want this, I prefer my PDF reader! How do I stop Firefox trying to take over this function? (other than converting to Chrome)

My account names to all of my email masks have disappeared. Why did this happen? How do i get them back? Now I have not idea which email masks are for which accounts.

With color perception limited vision, I cannot distinguish default colors for visited/not-visited link colors. I tried changing colors in Settings via:

I changed the colors to what suits my needs BUT just changing those colors ALSO put focus(?) lines around various texts and randomly changes colors elsewhere in arbitrary fashion making my changes unacceptable. What am I doing wrong?

I am not stupid, but I do not understand the langauge used in describing "modifications." It would be useful for people in similar states of lack of knowledge to have at least maps/legends of web pages explaining the arcane language of webs.

I love this addon, but sometimes it doesn't respond. it hasn't been updated since 2017 and the support page is inaccessible.

Is there a something similar available?

1. 1 I set the Manage Data tab to 'Allow' for sites I want cookies saved for. This sets the http and https addresses for the sites I enter.
2. 2 I set the same sites in the 'Manage Exceptions' tab so that these sites do not have their cookies deleted.
3. 3 Save Settings
4. 4 Close and re-open Firefox. All cookies are deleted.

I suspect this is a bug?

I've written about this before and never got a working answer. I have to use Chrome or internet explorer for some work because FireFox won't open the sites. This problem hasn't been fixed by I clearing cache and cookies as recommended back when I first asked a year or so ago.

Now the latest website I haven't been able to use is the Post office! USPS.com -- If I try to track a mail piece using my tracking number the site can't bring it up. The site tries for long time then tells me to try later. When I try with another browser such as Chrome, the result is there within a couple of seconds. It looks like I'm going to have to leave FireFox which I hate as I've used it so long - over ten years at least.

I can no longer access my online banking at td.com - the server returns the following message: "Bad Request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

The online banking works normally with Safari. Please help me fix this quickly.

Hello, I'm a subscriber to the www.investors.com. when i click on a stock symbol, the stock chart takes a long time loading. when they do load, no grid shows on the graph. I do not encounter the similar problems when I use MS Edge or Google Chrome. Can someone help. Thank you.

In HTTPS-Only mode I quite often get a message that the site does not support https but when I Continue the page I land on is a https page. I can't understand what's happening here: does the site have a https page Firefox can't detect or is HTTPS-Only creating the https connection for me, or is it only pretending to be https and there is no real extra security? If someone could enlighten me as to what's happening I'd be most grateful. I have a couple of screenshots to show what I mean, but perhaps you know exactly what I'm talking about anyway! I'd add I can't see anything in the Help articles that seems to deal with this situation, but perhaps I'm just being a bit dense (not unknown!). Hoping you can clarify this for me.
