Commbank commonwealth bank upcoming bills/ payments not opening or working. All other operations in the Commbank site work - just not the tabs to do with Bills/bpay/upcoming payments:

I've tried the clearing of all cache a number of times as previous suggestions and still doesn't work.

It spins the "Loading" symbol for about 20 seconds then puts the message in the image.

Not working: Bills and Upcoming payments Previous online bills Financial Toolkit

I have to go to Google Chrome to operate these tabs and they work fine...... Don't make me go back to Chrome... :D

MacBook Air, OSX 12.6.1 Firefox 123.0.1 iPhone 12 IOS 17.3.1

Using a wifi hotspot from my iPhone, Firefox on the Mac gives me "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." for all sites. As if there is no internet connection Chrome works fine, other internet based apps like Skype, Whatsapp work fine (but Mac Mail won't connect either)

Before IOS 17, everything worked fine.

Is there a setting in Firefox that is responding to something new in IOS 17's hotspotting feature?

Thanks

Example Video Address is "https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1LF4m1E7kB". Open the URL and watching 2 or more videos can repeat the problem.

The first image shows the memory usage when I first open the video URL. The second image shows the memory usage after I watching some video. The memory usage can be even more as you keep watching.

I can help debug the problem if need. Can any one help? Thanks a lot.

Since the update on 123.0.1 on 7th March 2024 I am unable to access online banking on either Lloyds or Halifax UK banking. I have tried removing all cookies and then all data and then full refresh of software all to no effect. I can log in to both banks via Edge or Gener8 with no problem hence it must be something to do with the Mozilla update done on 7th March as I last accessed both banks using Firefox on 4th March 2024

Hello! I have two FB accounts, one business and one personal. Since they started their new login procedure (trying to get access to your other devices), I can only log into my personal account on FF, because FB gives me other options besides logging in on another device, but on my business account, it doesn't. I work on my computer and refuse to give FB access to my phone because of all the annoying spam and notifications, and because I don't trust them.

I can only login to my business account on Chrome, and I don't trust it either. Is there a setting I need to change on FF to be allowed into this other account?

TIA

Hi, I've always run dual monitors with no issues. Since some updates to FF I've had an annoying problem. When I close FF, part of the last page I browsed remains frozen on screen. If I open up any other app and move it over the part frozen FF image, the screen corruption is erased. The problem has remained through at least the last 3 FF updates.

I've been searching everywhere for an answer to this annoying isssue which only ocurred on FF shutdown and not Chrome. Last week I tried a solution which seems to have worked, but I kicked myself afterwards because I can't now recall the web page with the solution and need some help other could benefit from to explain what I did.

I remembered clearing certain caches (?) using FF settings, then deleting or renaming certain json files in a (?) profiles folder which I assumed would be recreated on the next FF boot?

Long time technical, firefox user. One day starting firefox caused the system to slow unacceptably down. No changes before other than a possible background update from v122. Tried to do a Fresh Firefox v123, but firefox is attempting/constant localhost connections (ports in 40k-65k range) (attached screenshot).

It's on a Windows 10 desktop, uninstalled Firefox v123, manually deleted %appdata%\mozilla and %localappdata%\mozilla, reinstalled firefox, as soon as firefox.exe executes, I get constant localhost connection attempts from the "firefox.exe" process (Process Monitor image attached).

ran about:processes, found it was the "Network" category causing the problem. Permalink to report... https://share.firefox.dev/4972weA

Ran dism, it found no system files had issues. Only firefox has an issue, the system is great without it running.

Is this a bug?

What does firefox use the localhost connection for?

Is there a secondary component that is required by firefox that it is not running on execution that it is looking for?

I posted about a month ago that I was having problems with logging on various websites with FF. A reader had me uninstall/reinstall and that fixed the issue. Now it's back again. I get error messages like "something went wrong" when trying to logon to various websites, or told to reload, but it just keeps happening. It's a bit random. No problems with Edge. I need this solved to use FF.
