I have tried to reset my password but it never sends an email. I have tried having a new confirmation email sent also with no response. I have been doing this for days now and cannot log into my account.

Presumably you have checked your email junk folder.

So are you saying you have a support account here that you used to use, but can not now get in to. Or are you talking about some totally separate account & website ?

If it was an account here at support.mozzilla please let us know your previous username.
