firefox crashes but not always, when i try to delete a message while i´m reading it. If i go back to the list of inbox messeges and try to delete from here, there is no error at all, only when i have the message opened. This my second computer when i´ve experienced same behavior. I´ve resetted to default settings in both machines but the problem remains.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

See:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

What are the dates of those crash reports?

The last 6 digits of each report look like Oct 5th 2011 and June 6th 2012, unless my eyes deceive me.

YYMMDD at the end of each report - give or take from the GMT offset from your location
