Somehow this program got on my computer and I don't want it. I went to Control Panel - Programs and Features but it is not listed. It is somehwre in the background ????

I found it in my Firefox addons and I have disabled it but I would like to get rid of it completely, so it is not on my computer at all. Please, how do I do that?

Thank you for your help...in anticipation.

There's no Remove button for it on that same tab?

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category

I wonder whether this is the same software (PerformerSoft PC Performer): http://www.speedanalysis.com/uninstall.php

There is no REMOVE button; only enable and disable. I have disabled but would like to get it off my computer.

Also it doesn't appear on the program list, i.e. Control-programmes.

You can check the Windows registry to see if you can find the path there.

I am not a computer expert. But i find this add on on the list without a removal button, but only enable/disable button an irritant.

Karan.covai, can you check for malware with all the programs below. Or uninstall the program from the control panel.
