Every time there is an update to Firefox or Adobe I loose the toolbar containing "favorites" and other sites. How do I prevent this or restore my desired toolbar?

Every time there is an update to Firefox or Adobe I loose the toolbar containing "favorites" and other sites. How do I prevent this or restore my desired toolbar?

You can use one of these to set which toolbars to show:

  • Firefox menu button > Options
  • View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the menu bar)
  • Right-click empty toolbar area

You can check for problems with the localstore.rdf file.
