I am ashamed to admit that at the age of 66 I find it confusing when trying to follow the help lines and never seem to get it correct. Due to this problem we have to use IE10 is not what my wife and I like.

Hi eslv5678,

Sorry to hear about your issues with the computer. I'm sure it's not an age problem!

Could you try to describe the issue that you're having in Firefox that is not a problem in IE? I don't think you said what the problem actually was, or I missed that part. If you can describe it for me, I will do my best to try to help you get this sorted out.
