I cannot access internet by using FireFox (Last version), IE, Chrome. Initially, I received a message "...cookies functionality is turn off, please turn it on..." In addition, I tried to clearing all history data, as well as reinstall, but it still not worked.
Could anyone help me to solve it?

Have you tried to contact your Internet Service provider? It sounds likely that you have an issue with your actual connection rather than Firefox (since no browser works).
Thanks for your reply, I'm sure there are no problems with internet connection, because it works well in Firefox and Chrome when I changed the OS in Linux.
How about a Firewall issue with the Windows browsers? If the problem is the same in Windows with three different browsers, the cause is more than likely something all three have in common rather than a problem caused by Firefox.
Its a Firewall problem
