Sync doesn't handle this type of storage so your only option is to move it manually: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Webappsstore.sqlite

Or...you can try to build your own Sync engine and run your own Sync Server (I'm not sure how technically savvy you are). If you are interested in learning more about customizing Sync: http://docs.services.mozilla.com/index.html
