Hi nilesha2010,
Please install FF12 and try opening in Safe mode.
Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
Do you still get the same problem?
its working but when i exit and restart it it gives the same problem and then what about my addons and browsing data and other bookmarks and FF features then how should i used them. Please refer me..
Ok great. If the problem does not appear when starting in safe mode then I think one of your add-ons is causing the problem. Please open firefox 12 and go to your add-ons list.
Firefox button > Add-ons > Extensions
Disable all of the add-ons by clicking on the 'Disable' button to the right of each add-on. Then restart firefox and check that the problem is resolved. If it is resolved then you can enable each of the add-ons one by one testing each time until you find the add-on that is causing the problem.
Post back and let me know your results.

k. Let me check..
Not at all, i tried and disabled all the addons but trying for 2 to 4 times it gives me same error again..
Ok please try clearing the cache and then try again (not in safe mode).
not solved yet same problrm was arising
eddyc please tell me how to solve this problem....
Ok. Have you made any other modifications to firefox (themes etc) that might be causing the problem?
Please try disabling them.
If not have a look and follow instructions here to repair the places.sqlite file:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Bookmarks_history_and_toolbar_button...
I didnt got it please give any simple way to solve this issue..
Ok.
The simple way is to completely uninstall firefox and delete your profile folder: Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
Then reinstall firefox. All of your history / add-ons / bookmarks etc will be lost. However the problem should be solved.
The less simple way
If you want to keep your history / bookmarks etc then I suggest following the link I gave you in my previous post. Or alternatively you can try the following:
- Back up your current profile folder.
- Delete the profile folder (not the backup)
- Uninstall firefox
- Reinstall firefox
- Restore the profile folder bit by bit, checking that the problem does not come back.
Details here: Recovering important data from an old profile.

i tried both the option but none of this work.. any way now i think i want to format my system..
So you have totally removed Firefox, including the profile folder, from your PC, reinstalled and you are still getting the same error with a completely clean, default settings version of Firefox 12? Please confirm that you have done this.
If that is the case then I can't see how the error could be originating with Firefox. Please try running CCleaner. Do a Disk Clean and a Registry Clean. Then test again. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
If this does not work then I will ask another of the support volunteers if they can have a look at this thread and get back to you.
Also could you let me know if the hang is permanent? Or does Firefox become responsive again if you leave it for a while?
