Some Flash screens in an elearning course don't work corrrectly

In Firefox 10 (and previous versions) on my PC, some of the Flash items in our e-learning course don't work correctly. The issue occurs when in the course authoring tool and when accessing the course on our web site. This does not occur in any other browser or even on my laptop, running the same version of Firefox.

Any suggestions on what the issue is? I've disabled all extensions and add-ons with no change.
