trying to update firefox 6.0.2 to 7.0 but error message says update from 6.0.2 is not complete, takes me to a circular loop of rebooting but never updates. any thoughts?
this is a work computer. firefox habeen running without difficulty for a few years. can't seem to get 6.0.2 to finish uploading so that I can update to 7.

Try to install it from scratch download fresh installer from getfirefox.com and install
